Avoid LoanHouse as an Realtor or Loan Officer
LoanHouse describes itself as an industry disruptor for Realtors and Mortgage Loan Officers alike. In reality, its a startup with limited resources and personnel. A handful of people based in Boca Florida. If you are a Loan Officer or Realtor. Avoid the “smoke and mirrors of LoanHouse. There are too many other best in class options out there to trust.

Liz was phenomenal! She helped my husband and I through the steps on our new home purchase loan process. It had been over 15 years since the last time we had done this and her help and guidance guided us along the way. Today we are in our new home thanks to the efforts of Liz, Nelson and the rest of the team!!!! You guys are more than our loan processor. We feel your team is more like family now!

Liz is a true professional
Liz is a true professional! I would highly recommend her! I was in a tough position as a business owner and was turned downed by 4 mortgage companies due to covid which caused me to not meet the guidelines for a conventional mortgage! She went the extra mile to find a solution for my situation and we closed our refinanced loan last week! a big THANK YOU TO LIZ AND HER TEAM!! She made it happen!!!

I want to say the owner Nelson Haws…
I want to say the owner Nelson Haws worked through several hurdles to get my loan closed . We ran into several issues with. The person / company that was hired to. Do the appraisal Nelson realized how long the process had been going on and personally stayed in contact with till closing which even meant making many calls and receiving calls after hour . I have to say in this day and age not many company owners personally see loans through till the end. I was very impressed and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS COMPANY . Nelson Haws and his team are the most resilient and hard working mortgage brokers I have ever dealt with in my 30+ years of doing business. They processed a very difficult loan for me which many others failed to do. Loan House is the real deal and I will undoubtedly use them again in the future.
