Although they mentioned on the site that the price of the product does not include taxes up to 150 euros, what is certain is that the product is now being held in customs for payment of taxes, possibly equal to or greater than the amount I paid for the product, do not buy here...
I pre-ordered From Zero on 10th September 2024. I had hoped to receive my order on the release day. The FAQs say pre-orders are shipped the day before release and are posted with RM24, so should arrive on the day of release, or perhaps the day after. It is now two days past the release date and my order is still listed as "in progress", which I presume means that it has not been shipped yet. If I had received any form of order update from them appologising for the delay I probably would not have left this review. Update: 1 minute after posting this review I received an order dispatch email. Update 2: once the package arrived it only contained the CD. Not the limited edition vinyl.Update 3: As of 26th November, I do now have the vinyl.
