It has been a month since we placed an order.after several calls about my order I was able to get a hold of the manager who said that only three out of the four lights are available.and after that I have left voicemails and emails and there has been no contact.Terrible customer service. Will not use them again
Our company develops multifamily communities and due to supply chain issues, we were in a scramble to find light fixtures. We were going to need 460 of them and after multiple failed attempts with other vendors, I came across Lighting and Supplies. They said they could fulfill the order within in a week and offer free shipping on our large order. I was a bit skeptical as this sounded too good to be true but due to the bind we were in, we took a leap of faith with Lighting and Supplies. Matt McFarlin was the sales manager that guided us through the order process and his communication throughout the entire experience was exemplary. From the initial estimate to the delivery of the products, Matt provided updates and answers to any questions we had along the way. Based on our experience with this company, we strongly recommend them for your light fixture needs.
I ordered from this company on March 17, 2021. They charged my credit card $89.93, it was done through Amazon Pay. I had not heard anything from them so I contacted them on March 21, 2021. They informed me that the product was not available, and they were trying to find it elsewhere. They asked if I wanted a refund, and I told them to please refund it. To date, March 26, 2021, I did not hear from them. I called my credit card company and had to dispute the charge. It's funny how they can immediately take money out of my account, but that it takes so long for them to put the money back! This company offers no communication! Very disappointed.
