Total scam…
Totally agree with the recent statements that this company is a complete scam. Tracking number provided showed dimensions of the package that were nothing like the tennis table we'd ordered and was going to the Hebrides!! Mobile number on the site doesn't work and no further Comms from them since the 'tracking number'. Avoid giving your money to this con, you won't get your order.

What we highly suggest as well is to submit your request to the Federal Trade Commission, and on top of that I recommend you to visit Take Five to Prevent Fraud, so that you can look out for other scam schemes to prevent this from happening in the future.

This is a scam
This is a scam, have reported already to try and get the website taken down. have to wait 30 days to do a chargeback with the credit card company. Do not try and email them as some credit card companies will not do the charge back if there has been comes and references sent etc. Was busy at the time so never took the time to check website over and got my wife to order. In hindsight no links to Google reviews or trust pilot just images just caught out by it being so high on Google search results

Same as earlier user I also Paid £69.99 for clearance table tennis table on 22nd May. After that no response. The phone number on the website is invalid. Sent two emails and no response so far.

Q Group Trade London/LifeViewOutdoors UK
Q Group Trade London is the alternative/financial transaction name for LifeViewOutdoors UK, a "Company" that appears to have appropriated the name of a (Now closed) sports/outdoors company from Nashville Tennessee in the US, called LifeViewOutdoors. In our case, the table tennis table of £69,99 including shipping "seemed" like a good deal. Since the order on 10th May, we have received spurious tracking references that purport to be from various areas of the UK and now advise that it has been delivered to Ulster, not our home address. Using FEDEX UK tracking references appears to be a recent scam. There were giveaway signs in retrospect, there are no actual reviews on the website ://lifeviewoutdoors.co.uk/The credit card details show only a small image of the credit cards, no links. There is no SSL mention or padlock, the website only shows 2024, and the contact details only show a single mobile number that never answers. The email address does respond occasionally, but only with fake tracking details. Avoid like the plague..

Do not use Lifeview
Appears this is a scam company - bought a table tennis table on sale (£70) - money taken by Q Group and given a FEDEX parcel reference for something being delivered to the Scottish Highlands - i live in the midlands. Phone number on the website is dead and dont imagine i'll be hearing back from their sales email!

Absolute scam - company doesn’t exist anymore and had added a subscription to my card - so if you order from them be sure to get your bank to cancel it - as it can carry over to new cards issued.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff
