I spoke with Reggie today regarding switching from the necklace to a smartwatch. He informed me that once you make this change, and don't like it, you cannot switch back to the necklace. He also let me know I could view the smartwatch on the Lifestation website, which I will do before making a decision. Reggie also added my email address for me in my sccount. He was very nice and profesional!

Piece of trash!
Piece of trash!! Doesn’t register falls even on hard wood and the device flying over my head and hitting the floor. It has NEVER gone off. I have had one of these devices for over 10 year s and have GPS. I have had it checked and they have sent me newer devices as they have been released. I have only used the help button in the past. During the past 13 months I have had 15 falls onto hardwood floors not carpet. The device has never once registered a fall. When I say Help! Help! My Alexa will respond and ask what type of help I need. My friend has an Apple watch and when she fell it promptly asked what she needed. My son wants me to get rid of this trash and get an Apple watch with cellular. Over time the watch will have paid for itself and most cellular carriers charge a minimal amount for adding the watch. That amount is less than I am now paying for this useless junk!!!

Your company charged me for equipment…
Your company charged me for equipment that I did not give consent to buy. I am still waiting for a refund to my credit card. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to this experience. This has been an aggravating situation. I am very disappointed!!

I did not receive my device because I put my physical address rather than my mailing address on the package . Please re send device to PO Box 20413 ,Colorado City, CO 81019Diana Ellison After sending this review, I received an immediate response from Life Station and they are addressing the issue. I will receive the device on Tuesday ( this is Saturday.) Thank you for responding and solving the issue so quickly. I’ve had a couple of near falls and really need the device.

Cancelled but charged anyway
I placed an order but had to check with other family members to get the okay to do it. We decided not to do it right now and so I cancelled the order within the time window given. The device was sent anyway and my credit card was charged.I called customer service at which time my card was credited and was given instructions on how to return it when it arrives. They were very helpful and apologetic for the error.
