We were actually stalked & harassed by a representative from Liberty Travel. Her name is Lisa Siubus out of NJ. We are frequent guests at Sandals in Ocho rios, Jamaica. Lisa is a travel agent who actually violates the rules for marketing posted by sandals for agents. Her husband; Vaughn runs a sandals group on FB. Lisa is a moderator (admin) they use the group to solicit people to book with liberty travel. They’re then encouraged to stalk us, record us, even take photos or damage our property by kicking it into the pool. They’re jealous of the long term relationship we have built with staff. This has been very repetitive the past 2 years. I haven’t reported this to the BBB & the FL AG. NJ consumer affairs has now referred this to New Jersey division of consumer fraud. I have all paperwork & documents to support this claim. I have well over 200 photos & videos that I was able to download from their FB Group that they encourage others to post in. We ended up victims of stalking & doxxing while on a vacation we paid thousands for. Imagine not being able to enjoy dinner or even relaxing in the pool at a resort due to being recorded & those people gotta & videos being uploaded to their website. I highly recommend you check out the BBB reports of Liberty travel & their partner / owner flight center travel group. You’ll see they have 1 star & tons of complaints. For an agent to claim she’s a professional in business over 20 years, she sure is unprofessional & risking criminal charges. Please avoid liberty travel & Lisa siubus at all costs.

Vacation ruined by Liberty Travel and their agent Lisa SiubisWe take a yearly trip to our favorite resort Sandals Ochi Beach Resort. We do the butler suite, and we stayed for 12 nights this year. I do not have a Facebook page, but I was alerted by a family member at home that the group that Lisa is the administrator of, was doxing, harassing, and allowing posts with my pictures on them. Not only without my consent, but unbeknownst to me. Apparently she has my wife’s account blocked from this group, so she could not see or report it herself. While at the resort we were made aware from the hotel manager that there were reports of people trying to video record us, again without our knowledge, and consent. The images were uploaded to the group Lisa is the administrator on, and plenty of crude comments that were also allowed. We have all the screenshots to show our attorneys, even if the items she has since deleted. They were telling people to record us, and even said they would do property damage to a small speaker we have, by kicking it in the pool. Does this sound like an awesome vacation to you? If so I have to recommend Lisa Siubis, and Liberty Lisa because that’s what we got for our 12 day vacation. Making it through Hurricane Beryl was less of a task, than attempting to make it to dinner without being recorded, and posted to her Ochi Beach Facebook page!We have relatives that are going in the not too distant future, and now they are considering not going, because they’re are worried about backlash from the people in this group.

Worst experience ever!! The supposed travel agent was terrible & REFUSED TO HELP,!! Said it was too early to plan trip for next year! Also, REFUSED to send brochures & literature regarding my vacation visit!! Was VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! Do NOT USE Liberty Travel!! They are nothing but scammers!!

Terrible experience!!! My Bermuda trip was cancelled, my travel agent left in the process, they are closing down the local travel office, I call customer service and they do not help me at all but state they have 25,000 plus people to refund ( in other words get in line buddy), trying to get my insurance money back I paid for because the vendor they use Allianz told me they are giving full refunds based on Covid -19 situation, but the NEW Liberty Travel agent said that is not possible. Tried to call 800 number at Liberty Travel to escalate to a manager, the automated system hangs up on me twice. I NEVER do business with Liberty Travel AGAIN!!!

Best Honeymoon experience!
We used Liberty Travel for our Honeymoon Registry and planning our trip. Our agent was so nice and friendly and booked our vacation within hours. They registry on libertytravel.com was super easy to use and best of all didn't charge a fee for our friends and family to give us gifts. I would highly recommend using this company for the same purposes. They even left us wine and a congratulations note the first night of our honeymoon!
