I love Leo's Paw and their personalized service. You always get emails with information about your orders and also discounts which you barely get from other companies. They have very unique products and a great selection of cat toys. Leo's paw it's not only about their business but they truly care about your opinion and make you feel you are not just another customer.
The quality of the items purchased is always exceptional - my cat loved the catnip toy and the flying bird toy - bot were sturdy and pretty to look at. The only issue was slowish delivery, but totally worth the wait! Thank you, Leospaw🤍
Every product that I’ve gotten has been of tremendous quality for the price. My cats love everything from the bed, to the fountain, chew sticks etc.Take the risk. It is definitely worth it.
Our cat fountain died suddenly and my cats are very addicted to it. I researched currently available fountains and found Leo's Paw. Our left over filters work with this fountain which we all really liked and our cats have taken to it with very little apprehension. A good experience all around.
TL;DR - Fast shipping and products were as advertised - and so many free goodies! 10/10I got the "Catch Scratching Carpet Couch Protectors" and they stuck right on there and hid the ugly tears. They have been on for a couple weeks now! I also got the 'anti vomit bowls' which seems to be good for my old lady. I think they drop less food on the ground though some days they are just messy cats.
Their website is simple and easy, the bird toy is AWESOME! and you get extra birds and my cats love it every day! Thank You!

Leo’s Paw has nice products although not great prices. They are good enough that I will generally buy from them because they have nice quality and are helpful if there is a problem.
I tried the interactive bird simulator to keep my little sweetheart occupied. She really enjoyed it;one of the unexpected side effects is that she wanted to experience the fun with me and would stare me down when it was time to play. So we ended up playing together. Her favorite of the options was the fuzzy ball with the bell.
Wonderful selection of cat toys and supplies. They don't always work for my cat, but then each cat has a unique personality. And, usually, my cat will repurpose something that brings her much pleasure.

I have already submitted my concern with Trustpilot and I really hate i got caught up in that mess. So, I'm going to attempt a 2nd try to list my complaint with Cat's Paw. For some reason unknown to me, I received two(2) fountains rather than the one(1) I intended to order. So when my order came & there were 2 fountains, I immediately researched your rules for making a return, packed the extra fountain, took it to the post office & sent it back to your company. That has been more than 2 months and I still have NOT been given credit on my credit card for the one fountain I returned. I am 85 years old and do not need this hassle. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company when I placed this order, but I am beginning to wonder about your ethics. I am pleased with the fountain I kept, but the problem is not with the fountain, it's with Cat's Paw for not reimbursing me for the fountain I returned. I also am very disgusted over the fact that you have NO way to discuss problems personally by phone. All my attempts to reach out to you by email have been ignored. Some problems simply need to be talked about!!!

Okay so it is not easy to appease 28 cats but the stay in place way toy… appeased everyone and I will admit my children and I even give it a slap once in a while lol We love Leo’s paw and have been more than satisfied with all their products we have tried!!!

Leo's Paw is a great small business that loves cats and provides good quality toys and supplies for your feline friends.I have made several purchases in the last year and everytime I receive an order I am always completely happy with their service and products but most of all my cat is happy.Most cat toys online are not that good of quality and they don't last long. But Leo's Paw is high quality and they last.Good people, good service, good products.
Sometimes I feel silly buying toys for my cats. Mostly because I get something and they merely look at it and walk away. I've had a resurgence of optimism with the Leo Paw toys. The bungie mice are a big hit. So are the chew sticks with catnip. I also have to mention the stick in place wand toy. One or more of my cats beats the living daylights out of that in the early morning hours.
We bought a new house for our cat house destroying feline. He loves it and he doesn't seem to be able to dismantle it so far. It is sturdy and cute and it was VERY reasonably priced. Plus, it came quick, before he had a chance to destroy anything else!
