I’ve had positive experiences with LensDirect in the past and have always loved all my glasses! Unfortunately there was a mistake made on my recent lenses - so I reached out through email to see what could be done. I was very satisfied with their customer happiness rep KWASI who was quick to follow-up w/ me, walked me through the troubleshooting process and was helpful, professional and supportive along the way.
