My Lawnstarter pro
My Lawnstarter pro, Steven, does a great job. When he picks up sticks from my heavily wooded yard before he mows he doesn't leave them on the curb he takes them with him. So when he is done my yard looks great. He also takes care of my house gutters so I don't have to worry about growing baby trees up there ever again!

The gardener trimmed the lawn neatly and cleared all the fallen leaves from the yard. The lawn looks more even now, and the garden feels much cleaner.

Easy to set up lawn care
Easy to set up lawn care. Scheduling, Pay, and tips are easy online. We have had two different lawn care techs, and both did a great job. The only thing i would suggest is to offer scheduled lawn care every 3 weeks. This would be helpful during seasons when the grass grows more slowly.

Takes an act of the God's to cancel this service! They don't record like they say
When I received notification on text about them coming to my house after having cancelled last year I was informed the account was not active. I told them I did not want service (according to them they record all calls). They sent someone anyway. I called customer service again they assured me I would not be charged because they understood I did not want service and that the lawn care technician would have to just eat the cost. They charged my bank acct anyway. I called and they told me they had no record of me calling. These people are trying to get money out of cancelled customers by pretending they made a simple error. Don't get this service. It takes an act of the gods to cancel it!

LawnStarter has endorsed a career criminal on their website even though it states he has “been verified”. This guy has over 20 arrests and should not be trusted on anyone’s property. Do better, LawnStarter.

LawnStarter is a great one stop shop
LawnStarter helps me keep my lawn looking great. They even offer leaf removal service in the fall when I need it. It’s a great one stop shop to help keep my lawn looking well kept.
