Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! None of the dresses matched what was in their website and trying to get a refund is insane. Will be disputing the charges on my card if they don’t answer and work with me.

I ordered a cute suede mini dress from…

I ordered a cute suede mini dress from them, and I got something that wasn't even the same color, as in the picture. The dress on their website was a dark brown, with thick stitching on the dress, and I got a dress that was a burnt brown color, that wasn't even close to the picture on the website. It had small stitching in it, and the material was a flimsy , cheap fabric. They wanted me to pay to return it to China, or, I could get 30% off of the price if o kept it. This is so ridiculous!! They send you something totally different, then they want you to pay to return their mistake. What kind of company does this??? I'll tell you, A SCAM COMPANY DOES THIS!!! DON'T TRUST THEM!!! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!! Save your money, and find an AMERICAN COMPANY TO BUY FROM. CHINA HATES AMERICANS!! They will screw us every chance they get!!!!

Literally scam artists! Ordered a dress on January 4th, on the 13th I asked if it was ever going to ship. On the 14th they claimed it was delayed. On the 16th I emailed again asking if I was ever going to get my shipping info. On the 17th They claimed it was "lost" and that they would send a replacement in a week because, surprise surprise, It was out of stock. By the 20th I get shipping and tracking info. On February 1st, I found a package at my door, with completely different tracking from a completely different address, but shipped to me. It was NOT what I ordered, and then all of my "your package has been delivered!" emails started popping up. I emailed them a photo of the completely wrong item and all they did was tell me in order to get my item I have to ship it back, and then wait for them to ship me ANOTHER dress. this one took a month. this website uses Al generated images. NONE of their stuff is real! THIS COMPANY IS AN AI SCAM SITE. They even blocked me on instagram for calling them out! **UPDATE** Since I can't reply to them below, I'll just edit my comment here. EVERY single one of their replies to everyone on here filing complaints, including mine here, are FAKE replies. I got the exact same BS email response as well, offering ONLY a 40% refund for THEIR mistake. To quote them "We've spent a lot of time trying to find a solution that works for everyone, and the maximum refund we can currently offer is a 40% refund. Honestly, this is the maximum we can approve—a higher refund could have impacted my job security. We sincerely hope you understand the difficulties we face. 🥹" What kind of company says something like that? A fake one! I also have dealt with the same "Lin Lin" that everyone else has mentioned. This is total bot chat response. There is no Lin Lin, there is no real clothing company. This place is a scam and their offer to expedite a new dress that I've waited a month for and most certainly will not receive by Valentines Day now, is a total lie. DO NOT BELIEVE THE RESPONSES OF THIS COMPANY TO ANYONES REVIEW. THEY ARE FAKE BOT REPLIES.

The most dreadful customer service…

The most dreadful customer service ever- I bought a dress, emailed them every day for 5 days to tell them the picture was different to what they sent, they have still ignored me. I would never ever use them again and recommend nobody to buy from them. I have a dress I do not want that is no good and they still have not contacted me - scammers .THEY SAID THEY WOULD CONTACT ME AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT DESPITE BEING TOLD I AM IMMINENTLY GOING INTO HOSPITAL FOR AN OPERATION AND WANT TO SEND THIS ITEM BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS - THEY DO NOT KEEP TO THEIR WORD AND THIS IS TRULY UNACCEPTABLE AND THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

I purchased what I thought it was a beautiful 2 piece cotton blend set. After a long wait y received my order and it was nothing like what the description and picture said. They don’t want to give me a full refund, they will not provide a return label. I have to pay for shipping to China if I want to send it back. They offer me a 40% refund and get to keep the set, which I can’t wear. Horrible business practices. Please read the reviews before you order anything. I didn’t 😞

I never received the dress

I never received the dress. I contacted them 3 times over the months and every time Lin Lin apologized and pretended to have sent it again. Then Lin Lin stopped answering. 6 months after I find this site and I realize it was all a scam.

I will never buy anything again from LAVECHIC. they have terrible products and their return policy gets an F-. They negotiate % of return. They ask you to send pictures of the item with you wearing it in order to return it. THEY ARE THE WORST. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS. Scammers!!!

Received a fringe jacket that was very misrepresented on their website. The jacket I ordered had looked high-end and what I received looked extremely cheap. Sent pictures to customer service and was told they would only do a partial refund or I would be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back. No thank you, disputed the charges. Do not buy from this company and do not be fooled by their responses to these reviews. They know exactly what they are doing.

This place is a scam…

I purchased an outfit from this spoof of a business and at first they wouldn't send it I waited for 3 weeks then finally someone by name of linlin contacted me apologized and sent my item out immediately. But it gets worse! Once the package arrived it wasn't what I ordered at all. Different style color and outfit all together wrong. I was very upset and I have reached out to customer service but no return conversations at all. I disputed the payment hopefully PayPal will reverse the charges. Beware buyers this Place is a scam!!!
