Dead as a dodo
My Landxcape charging station just decided it had had enough and gave up. There are no agents or support network to get any information, spare parts are probably still making their way to earth from a far away galaxy because I can’t find any in the UK. You get less than you pay for with this company ! Never again will I buy from them.

LANDXCAPE LX796 ROBOTIC LAWNMOWER - I have had to return this item for repair twice. The same electronic failure twice. I am now out of warranty and have the same problem, won’t charge and no power. Also when working the grass always gets under cutting blades so they do not rotate. This is the second robotic mower I have owned and the previous one (different make) was poor too. I guess nothing is made to high standards anymore in this chuck away society. I just need to avoid these low end budget machines and pay more in the hope that quality is available at a higher price.

Excellent no-frills robot lawnmower and amazing customer service and warranty
I've had my robot lawnmower (LX799 model) for almost three years now, and it has been fantastic. Does the job. It does take a bit of time to set up with the boundary wires, but that's with all other robot lawnmowers.This is a no-frills version. No app, no rain detector; but the price is also much lower than other robot lawnmowers. Landxcape is a brand in the Worx family, who make all sort of garden tools (including normal lawn mowers) so you know the quality is good.What was most impressive is the 3 year warranty. My base station stopped working one day; and so I rang them up. Got through within 30 seconds to a customer service centre in the UK, and within 2 minutes they had ordered me a replacement base station! No quibbles, no asking for a million photos and following a 100-step troubleshooting guide. They trust that you have tried all you can to fix the problem, and that the problem is with their unit. One of the best customer services I have ever experienced.

No after sale support
We have bought a Landxcape robot, which worked for some time ok and we were very satisfied, but now the robot does not work as expected, goes along the wire for 5-8 times until battery is dead. We have downloaded the latest software, disconnected the battery, followed all possible instructions, nothing helped. The robot is still under guarantee, however it is impossible to get any support from Landxcape. Several requests send, tickets registered, no any kind of answer over the weeks!! Do not recommend to buy it, because you will not receive any support if something goes wrong.

My Landxscape has worked perfectly for…
My Landxscape has worked perfectly for 5 months but now shows an error code. I followed the instructions in the manual to fix it but no luck. So I filled in the contact enquiry form on the customer service website to ask for help. Twice. Still no reply after three weeks. There is no number to call so I’m stuck with a mower that doesn’t work and there’s nothing I can do. So much for the warranty!
