Lampeez Customer Service
I ordered a "Football" light on December 1st. I received a "Soccer Ball" light. I immediately read the policies which did not address incorrect product sent. I contacted Lampeez on their specified "contact form". I waited 1 week without a response. Then I called, leaving a message as instructed with my phone number, still nothing. Then I e-mailed Lampeez without a response. No customer service across 5 weeks & 3 attempts. Next time if I want one of their lights, I will order thru a company with a guaranteed & reliable return process.
