Late delivery but helpful Customer Service
I was really excited to use my travel backpack for my upcoming trip to Italy. However the bag appears to be scheduled for delivery on my day of departure and I won't have a chance to use it. I had to subsequently purchase something else but Customer Service was very helpful to authorize a return / credit when I return from my trip.

This is 2nd purchase
This is 2nd purchase. First one was backpack for my son. Purchase was worry free and came right on time for Christmas. The backpack is nice. Second purchase was the same backpack but for my daughter. When I purchased I forgot to use a code for a free packing cube they sent me after my first purchase. No problem I just sent an email and they included the cube with my order without me having to do anything extra. That is some great customer service. Unheard of these days! I would purchase from them and do recommend them highly!

Received the Best Backpack for Everyday…
Received the Best Backpack for Everyday use and for Travel. Superb design and opens like a clamshell for easy packing and most importantly most of the compartments are lockable with TSA locks when traveling. Even though I will use it as my carryon it’s nice to know you can secure it. Exceptional Quality and Knock your Socks Off Customer Experience!

Initially thought my Extended Stay Travel Set S2 was missing straps, but support quickly explained exactly where they are located. Found them right away — my mistake!Outstanding customer service: fast, polite, helpful. Product is top quality. Highly recommend!

Excellent Experience from Start to Finish
