I deeply regret ordering from KitchenAid Finland (kitchenaid.fi). The product I received was faulty — clearly defective straight out of the box. When I contacted customer service, I expected a replacement or proper resolution. Instead, they offered a refund only — and suggested I reorder the same product at a higher price, since it was no longer on sale.This is not just unacceptable — it is potentially illegal under EU and Finnish consumer law. When a customer receives a defective product, the seller is obligated to repair, replace, or refund without loss to the buyer. Telling someone to “buy again” at full price to fix their own mistake is outrageous.The attitude of customer service (in this case, Teemu) was dismissive and unhelpful. No accountability, no respect for the customer’s time or rights — just a shrug and a suggestion that I pay more if I still want the product.Avoid this company unless you’re willing to fight for the most basic rights. KitchenAid may have a solid brand, but the Finnish branch is doing it serious damage.
