Zero customer service
Zero customer service. Returned a Tote bag, as it was a lot smaller than the advertising images implied. This was at the beginning of January but have still not been refunded and all emails and messages ignored/unanswered.

Appalling customer service
I am sad to rate so poorly as I love my hero bag.However my husband purchased me a tote pack for Christmas. The incorrect item was sent. Customer services have still not resolved this despite numerous emails. I have returned the incorrect item, which they received 8 days ago. But have failed to respond to any messages or to send the correct item out

After completing the Serpentine Super Six Swim, I was gifted the TotePack. Love using it for my kitbag. Use for lake swimming and indoor swimming. Wouldn’t use anything else. Fully recommended.

A company of two halves
The Hero Bag is a sturdy, well put together and robust bag, and does everything it should do very well. I already own one of these and wanted a couple extra. However, I ordered mid November with KitBrix's initial Black Friday offer, unfortunately my initial order failed to turn up, the customer service team were excellent, apologetic and re-sent my order, expedited delivery. The day my two bags arrived, the marketing team reduced the price by a further 10 percent: what a kick in the teeth for a returning loyal customer! I would give 5 out of 5 to the customer service team, and ZERO out of 5 to the marketing team who really know how to rub a customer up the wrong way. The average would be two and a half, but you get rounded down in this case.

The tote bag bundle with changing mat and towel
The tote bag is lovely and well made. Bright colours make it visible. Just what I need. I already have the one with the back straps and wanted one without plus the bundle was good value so I bought the changing mat and a microfibre towel too. I also have the poncho. Each piece of kit is ideal for swimming, gym, aquathlons and surf lifesaving.

Excellent quality
The bags I ordered are excellent quality. I ordered two but only one turned up. It was initially not easy getting in touch with customer services but once I had, my second bag was quickly dispatched

Versatile tote bag
I bought the tote/back pack bag for a 10 day trip to China…It’s been really great. I love the slip-over function, so that you can hold it securely on a suitcase…The secret pocket I used for documents I wanted to keep flat, and it worked as a bag divider!! But when that pocket was full you couldn’t really use the bottle holder at the same time. But otherwise it was super sturdy, I love the fact it will stand up on its own, I think I’m going to get lots of versatile use out of it! (It was delivered quickly too) so highly recommend.

Firstly the bag is Kitbrix totepack is the perfect bag! It is practical, sleek and comfortable. Secondly, the customer service is fantastic. My first bag arrived with an internal zip missing, I contact them and a new bag replacement was sent immediately next day. Marissa was polite and the most helpful rep and I really appreciated her acting so quickly. I've been raving about the bag to everyone I know. Highly recommend!
