BELOW 1 star - now telling me they do not sell lift recliners—how ever if you type KERDOM or KERDOM lift chairs anymore in search KERDOM shows a lift recliner chair for 699 that is worth 2999-everytime you talk to customer support rep I get a different story and told an email will be sent to supervisor (never get an email from or talk to a supervisor???

Kerdom took my money and refused to refund it
Kerdom took my money and refused to refund my credit card after I returned their wheelchair in January 2025. They lie and claim they tried refunding it. I made the mistake of removing my dispute with Citibank as once you cancel the dispute as Kerdom asked me to you can’t open a second dispute. So now they got back their wheelchair and never paid me back. This company is a scam and is untrustworthy. The BBB wouldn’t help get any satisfaction. Don’t order anything from Kerdom if you want to avoid being ripped off!

Honestly I have never been this frustrated with a online purchase before. It been over two weeks and my order status has not changed at all, it says label printed but nothing else. I tried to contact support so many times but they never reply back to my emails or answer the phone. They took my money fast enough but cant seem to send the product or give me a refund. Do not buy from here unless you want to lose your money and wait forever..

Bad experience with Kerdom
My experience with Kerdom has been less than satisfactory. I have heart issues and need a hip replacement. I can no longer walk without assistant and am extremely fatigued with my heart condition. Based on all the positive reviews I ordered a DX07. I received my tracking number and waited for my wheelchair to arrive. Unfortunately I am still waiting. It is lost in delivery. I called FedEx and they said they do not have package, they stated it was never dropped off to them. Kerdom asked me to wait 10 days. I gave it 10 days and they, Kerdom, have declared it as lost. They have said it’s lost and I have asked for a refund. I was told because it is a high value product that I must wait an additional 7 days. Well my money to me is a high value product as well. At that point it will be over 3 weeks no chair and they have my hard earned money. I have surgery in a few days and I gave myself plenty of lead time for a wheelchair to be shipped as I need the chair after the surgery. I am super disappointed as a customer. I understand mistakes with shipping but make it right. I would have loved to have the chair but the whole situation with customer service turned me off and I just want my money back. There is an issue with support as well. It’s all done through email and it seems it’s all done outside the US in a timezone opposite the US. This results in a day between responses which makes it tough. If you call the support number they just send an email to the support outside the US and respond to you via email. This has been my experience. At this point I just want a refund for something I paid for and never received. Kerdom continues to make me wait.

Useless in the UK
My friend ordered an electric wheelchair, heard nothing for weeks (despite sending many support queries).
Response eventually came saying that they do office furniture in the UK, were “hoping” to start sending their mobility stuff over too, but ultimately haven't been able to. Hence, the order was cancelled and would they like a refund. WOULD THEY LIKE A REFUND??? The refund should've been with them a month prior!!!!!
This is not acceptable at any company, much less a company offering essential mobility equipment.
Also just found the same wheelchair on Aliexpress so they're probably just dropshippers.

KERDOM DX07 wheelchair review and video
I ordered a KERDOM DX07 wheelchair after reviewing various wheelchairs from numerous companies. I selected the KERDOM DX07 wheelchair for a variety of reasons including its lightweight, company standing and product warranty. I ordered the wheelchair on 10/02/2025 and it was delivered via Fedx on 10/09/2025 and was tracked on Fedx's website accordingly. The wheelchair weight as advertised is 36 lbs without the battery. The only assembly required is inserting the controller in the right or left wheelchair arm, your choice, and tightening it in place. You also adjust the anti-tip wheels (also known as willie bars) on the rear of the wheelchair by pulling a pin and sliding the wheels out. Finally, you place the seat cushion on the wheelchair lining up the Velcro strips. That's all the assembly required.
Loading the wheelchair in and out of my vehicle (Chrysler Pacifica) was a breeze. I tested the wheelchair ride on sidewalk and grass. The sidewalk ride was smooth at all speed settings up to 6 mph rather than the 4 mph I was expecting. The grass test was Ok but the wheelchair seemed to slip and spin in the grass. Be extremely careful when you encounter any difference in sidewall pavement height as it could cause the wheelchair to come to a sudden stop. The wheelchair had plenty power to climb an moderate incline.
Overall, I am really pleased with the KERDOM DX07 wheelchair and its performance. One final note the battery for the wheelchair has a new design and simply slides into place and locks in, no need to plug and unplug any wiring harness, really simple. Due to the new design, a second backup battery is not immediately available for purchase.

Life changing from a Rollator to the DX07.
I have been using a rollator but had limited endurance when out. I have only had the DX07 for 5 days but what a change it's been in my life. I worked at a school's book fair this week and was able to go throughout the building of 30 classrooms. I can now cover a whole supermarket. With my rollator I could only cover half before getting fatigued. The chair is light enough for my 5' 1" wife to handle. She does have difficulty unclicking it to fold. She would also suggest a strap or some way to keep it folded when loading. It has enough power to go on my gravel driveway and the battery has yet to be charged. Company support when emailed has been quick to respond. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase after studying various companies.

customer service on returns is non existant
I received my chair, found it didnt accomodate my body size. I started the return process within the 7 day return deadline. It took me almost 2 weeks for someone to contact me. At first they wanted to give me like 150 bucks and keep the chair. I had no use for it and its not my responsibility to resale an open box item. Finally I received a return lable and shipped it back to their warehouse. I received the chair around the last part of July and it showed on fed ex tracking that they received it on Aug 18. I have tried to call and sent messages from their website. I have yet to recieve any corrospondance concerning receipt or status of refund from this as of today.

Scooter purchase disaster
I bought an upgraded mobility scooter but made several attempts to find out the specific weight of the frame since I cannot lift anything heavy. Customer service finally assured me that it was 30 lbs. It should have had larger back wheels and an 8 mph speed. None of this was true. Frame is over 55 lbs, wheels are same size and speed is defective ( goes from turtle slow to just a tad faster and does not increase no matter how far you turn the speed dial).
I tried so many times to reach the company by phone and messaging but never get any answer. Now I will contact my credit card company to reverse the charge.
Beware if you buy anything from this company.

I have never owned a powerchair as pleasant and useful as this one. Rough terrain is no longer a concern thanks to the puncture-proof tires. The under-seat storage is quite useful for running errands, and it handles curbs and rough pathways with ease.

Lack of after-sales service
I have been using the chair I purchased (Order No. KD4740) for 1 year and 3 months. Unfortunately, the armrest has cracked. According to the information on your website, the chair is covered by a 5-year warranty.
I reached out to inquire about the warranty process, and also asked whether it is possible to purchase a replacement armrest. However, I have not received any response to my messages.
I kindly ask you to clarify:
Whether the warranty applies in this case.
If not, whether I can purchase a replacement armrest separately.

Poor Customer Service
I purchased a KD-9070-S office chair through a computer store website just over 2 years ago.
Recently the left arm-rest snapped.
Unfortunately the company's 5 year warranty only applies if you purchase through the Kerdom website, and the site I did buy through only has a 2 year warranty.
I emailed and used the 'contact us' link but I only got a response when I finally called the help line.
I asked about purchasing the left arm-rest and was told that as this was their most common chair there was no problem. I was given a link to make the purchase.
After paying for the parts I was then told that oops, the parts are no longer in stock so sorry. Let us know if you want your money refunded.
This is horrible customer service and really sad that they don't stand behind their product. What happens when the next customer reaches out for a warranty replacement of the left arm of the chair? I guess they are SOL, even if this is the most common chair they sell (and it's still available on the website).
As much as I like the chair I won't be recommending Kerdom any longer just due to the poor customer care and lack of replacement parts.
