The installation technician, Matt, was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We are excited about this product and the peace of mind it will give us as parents with a newly built pool.

Pool Gate
Lavandis, Dakota, and Mike installed a pool fence for me today. They were on time, polite, seemed to work quickly and left me with exactly what I wanted. Great experience so far. I would use them again.

5 stars! A huge relief having an extra layer of safety with our 1 year old!
I heard about katchakid through another pool owner that had it installed. I liked that it’s safe and also removable. Mason was my initial contact and he was timely, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Chris was our installer and he came on time and was so friendly! He worked quickly and educated us on how to remove and reinstall the fencing. Highly recommend!

Great Experience
We had a great experience with our Katchakid pool net. From the initial inquiry, Mason was very responsive, answered all of my questions, and provided specific examples of the product so I knew exactly what to expect. Chris did an excellent job with installation, and customer service was always kind and helpful whenever I called. Overall, the process was smooth and professional from start to finish

Passionate for saftey
Matt was awesome. Really was passionate about the work he was doing which made me as a patent wanting this for saftey feel it was being done right. He insisted we do the walk through of removal and putting it back on together to make sure I was happy with the result. I am pleased with the product and would recommend you get this from them if you are considering saftey for your pool. Very easy to do and I now can stress a little less.

We recently got our new Katchaleaf pool…
We recently got our new Katchaleaf pool cover. From the first visit to the completion of the installation, everyone was friendly, helpful, thorough in their design, manufacturing and installation. Everyone kept us informed so we knew what to expect. All-in-all it was a very pleasurable experience and they have a superior product.

Impressive Work!
Katchakid did an amazing job from quote to completion. Matt came out and worked with me to map out where we wanted our fence, down to the quarter inch. Then he executed with perfection. I would recommend this company and Matt to anyone!

Excited for my new leaf cover!
When I first contacted Katchakid, I spoke with Mason. He texted me photos of previous projects and explained everything in detail. Communication was really good. Carlos did the installation. He was very meticulous and did beautiful work. He demonstrated how to install and remove the leaf cover when he finished making it on sight. All around great experience and great product.

Matt came to the house and did an amazing job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything looks great and super safe for our 3 kids to be around the pool. Would highly recommend, especially if Matt is doing the installation!

Great Product, Above and Beyond Service
We moved into a home with a pool and were nervous about the aesthetics of adding a fence, but wanted to add one for safety. We found Katchakid and the consultation process was super helpful - I appreciate that they took the time to come out to the pool and advise on best options before we made any decisions. For the day of installation, we were so grateful that Matt built a great fence as well as went above and beyond in his service to leave our yard exactly as it looked before we started the fence process. He checked in with us throughout the installation and walked us through everything at the end. He thought of everything, even the future if/when we want to take the fence down. The fence looks great, will keep kid safe, and working with the company was easy from sales to billing to execution. We’ll be recommending Katchakid to all our neighbors with pools.
