I want to return the Kalimba I received two weeks ago because it is not in tune and I cannot tune it. I wanted to return it and receive a refund of the purchase price. I’ve sent two emails to the company and have not received a response. There is no phone number to call. I think this company is a scam. I would never do business with them again!
I haven't received my item. It seems to be a scam.
The product never arrived. They won't refund my money. Amazon is selling it for less than half the price. What a scam.
Loved the two items I ordered with Kalimba Workshop. I was kept updated on status delivery (thank you Martin!) the whole way through and both items arrived in excellent condition. Thank you so much!
Trustworthy:When I made my purchase I was a skeptic that this may be a scam like many other online companies.I checked several times for updates. I was getting the usual waiting for this and waiting for that. To my surprise my purchase came in the mail.I was very satisfied with the purchase and the product was as described . Thank you.
