Second Chances
I have been using Fidos Frosting in my bakery for years and have over it. The most recent purchase a few months ago of the frosting proved to be challenging. It did not mix well nor did it pipe well and cracked off my cookies. Ive tried other frostings but none measured up to K9 Cakery. I reached out to the company and they replaced a 10 pound bag. Needless to say I am very impressed. I have to try it out again but have good feelings about it.cookie maker @ The Dog House BarkN Grill

Ask for zip bags or sealed ones
We always ask for sealed icing since the zip ties cause extra air in the bags and puncture the other bags in shipping. Not happy with this shippment and we ordered 150lbs this time. 😞
