Great customer service
Great customer service. I ordered a personalized dog bed (Chew Proof Armored™ Padded Dog Crate Bed) and it came damaged. Took pictures of the damage, called customer service, emailed my info with the pictures showing the damage, and already have another bed coming in a couple days. Nevaeh (in customer service) was great to work with and it was all so fast and easy. Didn’t even loose a star due to the unfortunate damage. Thanks K9Ballistics team!

You and Your Dog Will Like These Beds
Their complete product line that is available and in-stock is on their website. The website is well laid out with much better photographs of the products and the dimensional data for those products than elsewhere. The beds that we received are made of top quality materials and very well constructed. My wife is a hard core quilter, and she is positively impressed with these products (construction, thread type and tension, very strong fabrics, quality zippers, fill material). The dogs love these beds. IF you are tired and fed up with buying cheap low quality beds for your dogs, THEN these beds from K9 Ballistics are what you are looking for in regard to quality, safe responsible materials, and washability.

Customer Care and item review
First off, working with Kameka from customer care was a positive experience. She was so helpful, nice, caring, professional, and just an overall joy to work with. She did help me through the process of returning a product and exchanging it for a different product. Unfortunately the K9 ballistic armored padded crate pad did not fit my kennel even though the measurements stated it should have. The crate I have is a steel escape proof kennel and the measurements are actually 1/2 inch to 1 inch smaller on the inside so the padded crate pad wouldn't even go in the kennel. It was such a letdown because I am at my wit's end with my pup destroying her padding. So hopefully the orthopedic crate bed will work. Fingers crossed. Be sure to measure the inside of your kennel to make sure your item will fit.

Chew Proof Armored™ Ripstop Elevated Dog Bed
Needed a bed for an adopted 1 year old Labrador Retriever. I purchased 2 foam filled beds from a local retail store and he tore them both up the first couple of days of use. I knew I needed something more durable and was willing to test the K9 BallisticsChew Proof Armored™ Ripstop Elevated Dog Bed which has a 100 day "chew proof" warranty. I was willing to call their bluff but as it turns out after 2 weeks of use, the bed is intact and he doesn't even try to tear it up and for that reason, I am very impressed so far.As for K9 Ballistics customer service, I have to say they are very responsive and cooperative with issues you may have considering upon receipt of the bed, there was a flaw in one of the mounting brackets which prevented a leg from screwing on properly. They promptly rectified the problem without hesitation. So I must say I do commend them for excellent customer service. Thank You!

Great Customer Service
My dog has always done well with her crate bed, until she got a bout of post-natural disaster anxiety and ripped it up (she is a very talented shredder). Fortunately, the warranty is great and straightforward! We were able to get a replacement very quickly with prompt customer service.

XXL elevated dog beds
Ordered two XXL elevated dog beds (and a pillow) both bed personalized as well. First off let me tell you I was shocked at how quickly these personalized beds shipped. I believe it was the next day they had shipped. So impressed. Shipping too longer than I wanted but that was due to weather….i was also just super excited for the upgraded beds for the pups. Anyway, get them and one is perfect. Legs go on easily and pillow fits, names great no problem. Second one we are having problems with the leg connector at the corner. Tried a different leg and nothing worked. The circle was mis shaped. I reached out to the company, gave them pictures and explained the situation. Have to admit I was disappointed cause I felt like these were an investment and one I couldn’t use. But expressed my concern and the problem and the company absolutely made it right. Customer service was very understanding and made sure that I was ok with the solution. Will def be recommending this company. So far my Danes like the bed.

Great customer service
My almost 3 year old boxer destroyed his new bed. I reached out to the company fully expecting a difficult process to have the warranty honored. IT WAS SO EASY! Fatima returned my email immediately, explained what I needed to send for pictures, and then not only sent the replacement code, but a suggestion as to which one of their beds might work best for our pup. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Purchased the rip stop bolster pillow…
Purchased the rip stop bolster pillow dog bed with embroidery of my dogs name. My doggie loves this bed! The bed is awesome so far and has held up to my dogs mayhem. The embroidery of her name though not so much. She scratched the stings out and messed her name up. No fault of there’s. Without even requesting a refund I noticed they automatically gave me one for the embroidery after I did my review. So that was awesome of them! They have great products and even better customer service!! Definitely recommend this company and their products!

Best dog beds, hands down!
I own three of the Tough Ripstop™Rectangle Bolster Orthopedic Dog Beds. Two of them I’ve had for years now and they are in the same awesome condition from the day I purchased them. I bought a third one recently to keep in my truck. There is simply no better dog bed out on the market. They are made with high-quality materials and withstand the test of time. They are absolutely worth the price! My German Shepherds love them too! You will not be disappointed with your purchase. I also like that the company is based in California and their customer service is superior. I just can’t say enough good things.

I recently purchased one of k9B ortho dog beds
I recently purchased one of k9ballistics orthopedic dog beds that my dog wasn't very happy with. I tried repacking the bed to no avail. I was at my wits end when I decided to reach out to K9B customer service to get advice on how I could return the bed other than trying to repack. They informed me that I could donate the bed to a animal shelter and get a receipt of the donation, they would in turn provide me with a full refund. I was able to do so. I emailed k9B the receipt and within hours received a email informing me that a full refund was credited back to my visa. I was so grateful and appreciative for them doing so.

Customers for life.
We have a seven year old female lab and a seven month old Australian Shepard. They are both super chewers. We bought two of the Chew Proof Armored™ Ripstop Elevated Dog Beds. The Aussie has destroyed every bed we’ve tried. The bed is stable and awesome and our lab loves it. Our Aussie did his baby shark number on it. K-9 Ballistics replaced the bed no questions asked. The warranty portal was easy to use and they even made suggestions on trying a different bed. I know he will eventually outgrow this stage and they have customers for life.

Ultra Fast Customer Service!

Great customer service
I ordered a collar with personalization and it started peeling off after a week and there were issues with the buckle. After I reviewed the product the company quickly reached out and offered to send a replacement or provide a refund. It is so refreshing to have a company that is so responsive. The customer service was excellent and I will continue using them for future purchases.

Orthopedic dog bed
I ordered the orthopedic ripstop bed back in 2023. This has been the best dog bed ever. It has been washed several times and has held up great. We now have just ordered an additional cover to have when the other bed cover is in the wash.

I got a large dog bed and bed cover all…
I got a large dog bed and bed cover all with the warranty that if chewed before 120 days it’s replaced no questions asked. I emailed about my dogs bed on Monday and it went out in the mail today which is Friday. When you hear of warranty work you thinks months, but K9 Ballistics has knocked it out of the park and my wife and I and our dog journey are forever grateful for this company and the communication that everyone on the team has. Thank you again and yall have customers forever. God bless.

Had an XL dog bed come that I ordered
Had an XL dog bed come that I ordered. Clearly there was an issue with the bed as it was flat etc. From the time I called til the time they shipped me a replacement was about 24 hours! Great customer service! They really make great products!

Excellent product...even better customer service!!
We were extremely happy with our crate pad from K9 ballistics, but even more impressed with the customer service now. After a few months of no issues, our dog decided to chew on her pad, and technically we were just outside the 120 day warranty claim period. The day that it happened was the 120th day after the delivery date, but 130 days after the order was placed. I contacted customer service, explaining all of this, and Sheila was amazing and responded within a couple of hours to let me know that the claim would be approved. I've never had a company respond so quickly and positively. Thank you!!!
