The item came defective
The item came defective. It has a loud buzz. None of the knobs work for treble, base, etc. They keep trying to put off the return. First, they wanted a video which I provided. Then they said turn it on and off. It did not change anything, and they are still hemming and hawing. The speaker is not loud nor powerful as claimed either. This item is poorly made to say the least. I would not recommend it.

Misleading Return Policy & Violations of Basic Consumer Rights
My experience with JYX.com (Order #18940) raises serious concerns about consumer protection violations.I purchased a JYX karaoke system directly from their website. One microphone arrived defective, and even worse, the replacement they sent was the wrong model and completely incompatible with the speaker due to different operating frequencies.Their website clearly advertises a “30-Day Return & Exchange” policy, which they absolutely did not honor. When I requested a refund, they issued a return label with no return address, making it unusable for any carrier. UPS told me it would cost $60.50 to return the defective item — a direct contradiction of their advertised return policy.Under basic consumer protection standards in the United States, including the FTC’s guidelines on deceptive practices, a company cannot:Advertise a 30-day return policy they will not honorRequire customers to pay to return defective merchandiseProvide misleading or unusable return instructionsStall or delay refunds beyond a reasonable timeframeJYX has done all of the above.This issue has been ongoing since October 23rd, and despite multiple emails, all I receive are vague “updates” and excuses.No accountability from the companyThis is not simply “bad customer service.”This is a pattern of behavior that violates fundamental consumer rights and could be considered deceptive or unfair business practice under FTC regulations.I strongly advise others to avoid JYX.com.If your item arrives defective, you may find yourself trapped in the same endless loop of delays, unusable return labels, and refusal to honor clearly advertised return promises.Consumers deserve better — and companies should be held accountable when they fail to follow their own policies.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!The karaoke machine was never delivered and they are refusing to give a refund. I have had to go through the bank for chargeback and they are challenging it and trying to claim it was delivered.Terrible company, do not trust any videos etc you see online with positive comments. They have been extremely unhelpful and I have now lost £200!!

Mon produit est défectueux et ils me proposent de rembourser une petite partie du montant (8% puis 18% puis 25% puis 33%) et de garder l'appareil. Mais je ne veux pas garder un appareil défectueux.***********************************Unfortunately, JYX promises a 30-day return or exchange policy and a 6-month warranty on its website, but it doesn't deliver on it.My product is defective, and they're offering to refund a small portion of the amount (8%, then 18%, then 25%, then 33%) and let me keep the device. Beware of this fraudulent company JYX
They are scammers.They provided a fake tracking id and it was marked as 'delivered too'. They should be reported to police.When I contacted them for help, they are asking to check security camera, neighbours, etc. Update on the method of fraud:1. The order confirmation doesn't even come from a JYX domain email id. They cleverly use a third party email provider.2. They don't provide a UK number, nor whatsapp, nor a UK Address, nor a chat option. So, for any delivery/warranty issues, you are left with the option to only email to a global email id and waiting for their response!3. They don't provide invoice from a UK registered company. So, hardly any paper trail of the transaction.4. They will blame on the shipment provider (in this case Amazon)and Amazon will have always ask you to contact the seller as the order was not placed on amazon. So, you are left at the mercy of the seller/shipper.5. There will be no evidence of delivery (no photo/ no signature/nothing) and the package will be simply marked as 'delivered'6. They will cleverly mention in their website: 'We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.'. and this is the core of the fraudulent modus operandi!Save you hard earned money and never do a transaction with jyxspeaker.com!

Good karaoke speaker, I purchased JYX karaoke machine T9 last month and it works great. The speaker is loud enough to satisfy a big party, the light show is wonderful and the voice got from the mic is clear and its volume can also be adjust separately from the music.

Initially great customer service but…
Initially great customer service but being ignored after asking for refund. Received a faulty speaker that would turn off every 15 mins on its own even while plugged in. They offered a replacement or 10 percent off another speaker. I opted for a return and refund and was promptly ignored for a week and a half. When they finally responded they requested a video. I sent it and now they are saying that im responsible for the cost of returning the item even though the website states that if a return is due to quality of product that they would cover it. Now theyre probably dragging their feet until my 30 day return window is over... so over this company

DO NOT order from this company, they don’t respond to emails, they have never answered there phone the 50 off times I’ve called, I ordered weeks ago and my item still hasn’t left. Website says 4-5 days, I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed from this website but even if I haven’t there poor lack of caring about anybody but themselves should be enough to never order from this useless company.
