I was worried about this order due to the lack of reviews, but honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Toby emailed straight away with my order confirmation and the chairs arrived 3 working days later! Incredible quality and condition and fully assembled. Really really recommend x
I bought seven tables and chairs in a Tolix style and four high-backed bar stools from Jollies furniture. IThey didn't even last a year before all the metal parts had patches of rust on them, even though they were under cover during the winter. Every single chair and table metal legs was affected. It didn't last even a year and now I have to spray it again after sanding it down. I goit no reply to my email, which I got off the invoice.
Excellent experience, we got 6 crossback chairs that look really expensive for a good price, excellent quality, super fast delivery, amazingly packaged, we will definitely order again. Immensely pleased.
First time ordering from this company and was a little sceptical as barely any reviews on trustpilot. However I’m glad I took the chance as the table I ordered was just what I was looking for and at a good price. It was delivered a few days from date of order. Only downside was the fittings were missing. After calling them, I had to wait a good week for them to arrive and there was no communication to say they were dispatched or on their way. As I didn’t know how long they’d take to arrive I went out and bought the relevant bolts and washers which incurred extra costs (£30!), not happy about that hence the four star review, but I will say it was easy to contact them via phone (and they were helpful), but any other communication was non-existent. I’d say order with confidence from this company as if something goes wrong it will be sorted, and the product I ordered was nice quality.
I too just bought some excellent chairs. French style cross backed in pale wood. They arrived quickly and had been very carefully wrapped so arrived in perfect condition. I used Jollies on recommendation from a family member who had bought the chairs in pale grey (which also look great). They do need seat pads as the seat is firm but pretty much every seat does nowadays. I would certainly recommend Jollies to friends
