Terrible Customer Service. They will take your money and leave your order in limbo for a month and never respond to your questions and concerns. You will experience shipping issues. Very disorganized company, none of the forms work on their website anymore, no way to contact support or leave feedback.

Love this pipe, love it. It is legit indestructible and the base is SOLID. In an emergency you could use this as defensive weapon without even spilling it. Best percolation system I've ever used. Smooth, with a pleasant bit of drag. Easier to clean than a spoon, since it completely disassembles.It's not like a hit from a beaker bong with no percs, so don't expect that. Highly customizable, both in function and color. It was my daily driver for years, and I still love it. It only holds a few ounces of water, interestingly enough.
