Very bad company. I bought it, they didn't make the delivery and they didn't give the refund. Fraud

Do they even exist
Do they even exist? I bought front grill for my car after 1 week still not received called there and they told was out Stoque and they will send me refund until today I m not received my refund tried to send email never splayed back I rang their number 12 times over 2days and sent e-mails requesting further info and photos all to no avail, most probably saved myself a lot of agro. :( I don’t know what to do

Bought a recon gearbox.
Bought a recon gearbox on exchange basis for a Honda Jazz. They asked no deposit of £300+ as most do & just a photo of my logbook to prove I was actually buying it for my own car & not selling it on for profit I presume.Delivery was on time to Newlyn, Cornwall & collection of old gearbox was as arranged.Can't fault the service after using but was concerned with some of the reviews I read after I made payment.I guess people are more likely to leave a review if there was a issue but I had none. Would definitely use again.Only thing I would have liked is the actual tracking number for the shipment but the guy did text me in the morning of delivery saying it was due that day.

JapParts.com are rubbish!
Had to give one star but would have given them a minus. Ordered a Toyota Hilux Invincible black rear wheel arch from them through recommendation from 247spares.co.uk (another company to avoid). They said they had the exact item and in mint condition. When received it was silver and not the correct part and looked like it had been kicked around the breakers yard, so asked them to collect item and give full refund of £120. Guess what, only got £100 and after numerous emails (don't bother to call as they are on premium rate so getting more money out of you) to them and also to the support section of 247spares, I've got nowhere, so looks like I have to write this extra £20 off. You've been warned.....
