Absolutely the worst customer service. For a B2B company, they’re doing things wrong.. not to mention their outrageous shipping costs- they won’t even get back to customers who have paid for orders. Definitely the worst supplier we’ve dealt with. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for over a week and they won’t return emails or calls.
This place is a total scam. They had no problem answering my questions BEFORE I ordered but once I did and had a question, they ghost you. No product. No refund. I have contacted my bank for charge back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
If I could zero stars I would. Worst company and customer service ever... been over a month still waiting on my first refund... Ordered almost 3 weeks ago now and they haven't filled it... but sure as heck took my money for it. I have written about 5 emails with no answers in sight. And even called their warehouse for them to hang up on me twice without even saying hello. No one ever order from this company..
I placed a bulk candy order to start my new business, I got minimal response when nothing was sent after days. I then requested a refund and got no response. Had to open dispute. Extremely disappointing as their prices seemed fair and was looking forward to this order - it has now been almost a month with no candy delivered or response provided as to when it can be expected.
This is a scam they mail out damage product and they have no way to get in touch I have sent them countless e-mails for two months now (the only way to get in touch with them it should have been a red flag for me) No response no acknowledgment of the issue they will mail you damaged goods and keep your money. I strongly believe this site to be a scam that intentionally sends product they would otherwise throw out and keep people money who are unfortunate enough to buy from them. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Hopefully, people look into this more then I did and see this and don't bother... the reason their price is a bit lower is that its damage good they would normally have to throw out that's what you get
The website states free delivery over a certain amount. When I ordered, I made a note telling them if they charge me delivery - to cancel the order. Noe response. I then received the order and was charged over $80 for a $400 order. Crazy! I have sent two emails asking for this to be rectified. No response. There are other suppliers that response quickly as well as do not charge for delivery.
I ordered two bags of my favourite candy.. it took a while to get here and that was no big deal, but when I opened the box one bag was in perfect condition the other was torn and taped and the candy was rock hard (they’re marshmallows). I immediately took a photo and sent it to the sender and got a quick response. Then I threw the bag of candy in the garbage. I responded by asking for a replacement then ten days later, I asked for a refund and haven’t heard a thing and it’s been about 3 weeks. Hard to believe that any company would send a food item in that condition. Never again. Lots of other candy options available...
Be careful ordering from here. I ordered a small order paid for express shipping which should have arrived in a day or two took over a week. First customer service didn’t even know I had an order and it took them a week to recognize even though site says next business day orders are processed. Service is really terrible. Even when I gave them an opportunity to fix situation nobody responded. Stay away from this company.December 27/19-Update never received the stock which was for Christmas! I sent several messages and still nobody ever responded. Fingers crossed that I get a refund from the company because getting a email was quite an achievement.
