Our experience with IT Technicians has been mostly positive. They provided a technician for an emergency situation, and he resolved the problem quickly. However, there was a slight delay in getting someone on-site due to high demand. Once the technician arrived, he was professional and knowledgeable. We decided to enter into a retainer agreement afterward, and the service has been excellent since.
