Israjets has been my go too for the past two years.They communicate your trip with you and keep you up to date. They are very responsive with getting back to you and if an upgrade becomes available they will share that. Prices are always very comparable.Great staff

We’re not the typical clientele
We’re not the typical couple you’d expect to book a private flight. We chose to fly this way because we recently relocated and we have two dogs whose weight is borderline for cabin travel on commercial flights. We didn’t want them to fly in the cargo hold, so we decided to invest in a private flight to keep them with us for the entire journey.Overall, the service experience was excellent. We received answers to every question we raised, and we genuinely felt supported, cared for, and well looked after throughout the process.That said, I’d like to raise one important point. Three days before the flight, we were informed by airport security that in order to obtain approval for the aircraft to land and pick us up, we needed a local contact person in the country—someone with a landline telephone and an affiliation with a large institutional organization. For people who regularly fly privately, this may not be an issue. But for independent, self-employed people like us, this requirement was extremely difficult and stressful on such short notice. Not everyone has access to a contact matching such a specific profile, and sometimes it can take weeks to find someone suitable (even my mother, for example, doesn’t have a landline). We also preferred to keep this kind of flight private, so having to involve someone added significant discomfort and pressure. This stress could have been avoided if we had known about this requirement in advance. I strongly recommend flagging this earlier for future clients.As for the flight itself and the overall logistics the terminal experience in our home country, the ground transportation we arranged, the catering, and the security procedures everything was handled extremely well. The crew and pilots were truly kind, warm, and professional. The aircraft was comfortable, although it was a bit narrow, and using the onboard restroom was slightly challenging because of the layout. The dogs were a little unsettled at first, but we managed. We were told there would be items available for the dogs onboard, but there weren’t. It wasn’t a major issue since they were already anxious, but it’s worth noting.The catering was absolutely perfect delicious and beautifully prepared. We’d actually love to know what types of cheeses and cold cuts were included, so we can try to find the same ones ourselves.The landing and the refueling stop were smooth and pleasant, and the final landing was soft and comfortable. Truly, I have nothing but positive feedback about the entire experience, aside from the last-minute local contact requirement.We would like to especially thanks Ximena, Yuval, Noam and Isaac for always being available, and catering to all our questions and needs. I hope we reach a point where we can continue using your services in the future, because for me—as someone with flight anxiety—this was the calmest, most pleasant, and most comfortable flight I’ve ever experienced. Thank you very much for that.

Amazing Experience!!!
From booking the flight with Andrew and then working with the support team headed by Noam was a great experience! There was a constant update about the flight! When a couple of miscommunication issues aroused regarding the catering and ground transportation, Noam jumped in himself and resolved them in no time without me stressing out! Great job you guys! IsraJets was super easy to work with! We arrived 20 minutes before our scheduled departure and were in the air 10 minutes later. Every one on the ground, and our pilots were all great! We will definitely use them again!!
