Hello,
Hello,I have received an SMS that I must pay 4 euro as a customs duty to receive my parcel by IPS. unfortunately, I have confirmed the transaction when my bank asked me. just because, they sent me this message by my name, so I have thought someone who knew me sent a parcel for me and wanted to surprise me that she/he did not let me know about it. plus, they sent me an article number that there was no parcel by this number when I have tried to track it on the IPS website.moreover, I have could see the name of the company that 4,69 euro was transferred to is " F&F Cosmetics / Frederica, after the transaction was done.so whoever they are, is related to IPS post and this F&F cosmetic company. be careful to do not fall into their trap as unfortunately I did.

worst experience ever!!!!
first of all i would like to start with this, don't you ever try to deal with company. their customer service is the worst, and their employee have the worst attitude, and they don't respond to complains emails. When I shipped my shipment through this company form USA. The invoice was lost and they had to send it back to the shipper address although it is still in the USA (in this case my friend's apartment), meanwhile I tried to contact them to send the invoice via email. when their agent saw the invoice he/she noticed that my shipment had an airbag on it and the federal regulation prevent these kind of items through air-shipping. unfortunately, i had to return the shipment, remove the airbag from the shipment (one box less), cancel my shipment and finally ship the exact same shipment again!!I requested another order and put the exact same measurements for shipped boxes, but this time it had one box less in total. finally, my order was delivered to me the second time, but one of the boxes was damaged. I tried to contact them via email, but they kept asking for impossible conditions from me. although i sent them pictures of the damaged item and the damaged box that had my item, their agent requested an image of the way the item was packed inside the box. How in earth am i supposed to have a picture of this if both the box and the item were damaged, while the pictures clearly shows that the damaging is caused due to bad shipping since both the box and item were damaged!!! until now they did not compensate me for it. you might think this is it, but no. after less than two months of the receiving date, i was charged two separate bills: one around $ 700 ( for the 1st order that was cancelled) and the other one around $ 2000 ( for the 2nd order with one box less!!) they claimed that this is due to reporting inaccurate measurements. this happened in july 2020 until this day they did not respond to me. the one million question is, assume i gave them the wrong measurements, why did you charge me for the first order that was cancelled. If I gave you wrong measurement how in earth the 2nd order with exact same reported measurements and one box less is 2000 dollars while the 1st one is 700 dollars!!!

Avoid IPS, dont fall in trap of less Quote
The quote was less when compared to reputable shippers which made me to ship with IPS. After shipping (when the package left from my home) I got an invoice which was at 50% of the shipping cost and I was asked to pay without which the package will not be shipped. At this point I had no option but had to pay. When contacted the Customer service I was told this charge is for Customs. However after reaching the shipment at the destination country, I was asked from Fedex to pay for the Customs again. I understand we need to take care the customs clearance but paying twice in the name of Customs is what I don't agree. I was informed that my reading skills are poor that there was a question mark when selected would have shown all these conditions. IPS could made me pay invoice before the package left my place, instead I got the invoice the moment package was out from my home.

Scammers and hooligans Stay away from…
Scammers and hooligans Stay away from them - hooligans and rude people - when I called asking about my shipment the agent started shouting on the phone like crazy - very very rude people. after paying the amount for shipping they asked for a second and a third payment! they held my parcel hostage - if I do not pay the extra amounts they will not return or deliver my package !!!

stay away. use other options if you can
If you are looking for international shipping, maybe you should take our experience as an example to consider whether you want to ship your item by this company. My wife shipped her package from Boston to Shanghai last month, and she recently received a notice from China Customs that the package cannot clear if the shipper is not entering the country. The Customs will either destroy or return her package to Boston. Before she shipped her package, we checked with this company whether the package is ok to ship to Shanghai. IPS is now asking us to pay ALL fees related to shipping, returning and the fees incurred as the package was held in the warehouse at the customs.I called their customer service, hoping to find a way to solve the problem. In return we GOT YELLED at by the representative, saying that these were our faults BYEBYE.In short, we do not recommend this service from our experience.

IPSparcel.com should be avoided at all costs
IPSparcel.com is a company that provides several options for discounted shipping of parcels. Sometimes the prices look good, but their website is misleading and deceitful. In one recent case, the least expensive option, Air Cargo, indicated $100 (7-10 days) to ship to New Zealand, compared to $122-162 (2-5 days) for the other carriers. All were quoted as "door-to-door" service. After shipping the package, I found out that there was a $60 fee to my customer, beyond duties and customs, for local delivery. In that case FedEx or UPS would have been cheaper. When discussing this with the company I was told my reading skills were poor, as I should have read the fine print, that you would only see by clicking on the question mark. After a long conversation with the agent, the manager got on the phone and proceeded to yell this at me, followed by hanging up, before I could even explain my concerns. I was a regular customer, but would strongly recommend that you avoid this company. In addition, I was told that details of the extra fees are not available on their site, since they are different for every company.
