What a scam

It’s unfortunate that I feel into this trap and hope that others will see this and do their own research. iPEC is not true to their mission statement or supposed teachings when it comes to their business practices. It’s really unfortunate and I am sad to be writing this. Stay away and get your coaching education from a company that lives by its “values”.

My experience with iPEC’s Coaching…

My experience with iPEC’s Coaching training and administrative help was terrible. Do not go to iPEC! It costs wayyy too much for the support you get. The hours you need between training are with peers and frankly everyone is new and we are supposed to critique our peers coaching session. I honestly did not know enough to properly critique my peer. You also get 30 minute sessions with an accredited coach 3 times thoughout the training. They shove a ton of information in 3 days for 10 hrs a day. It’s too much too fast for the amount you’re paying. I had a traumatic experience during the second module that left me with thoughts of suicide and feeling horrible about myself. When I reached out to iPEC and asked if they had support for this I was told no. The iPEC Coach from Mod 2 kept taking me back to my past while he was coaching me. They are not therapists and are not equipped to handle the outcome of this kind of trauma. That is exactly what they tell you not to do. During Module 3, I mentioned how Module 2 left me and I did not want to be coached infront of the class by the iPEC Coach and another student said he had a similar experience.I also reached out to iPEC because the peer they chose kept canceling on me. I wanted another peer because I was running behind in my hrs. I was told by an iPEC administrator that it sounds like something I should be coached on. He did not give me annother peer. After several more weeks of cancellations by my peer I emailed iPEC again and was told the same. This is something you should be coached on. After the next cancellation I demanded I get another peer or I want some money back because I am not getting the training I paid for. Only then was I told to find my own peer and let him know who I chose so he could change the name in my portal. Bottom line is that iPEC doesn’t really care about people. They just want your money. I asked for some kind of refund and was told no. Emotionally I cannot finish the coarse and wasted $12,000. Btw.. that price is with discounts!!!! I paid in 2 payments and did a few other things to get it knocked down. They started at $21 or $20,000!!! I believe that are scammers and it’s all about money.

Missed a delivery

Missed a delivery. No proof that the Driver even made it to my apartment. Phoned Ipec, spoke to a customer service nice gentleman, who told me it was in a depot for pick up (by me in Hazelmere which is almost an hour's drive from South Fremantle). Absolute joke. The customer service officer then assured me it would get redelivered with special instructions attached. Nope, same thing happened!!First of all, the shipping charges were outrageous! almost $100 for a lamp base that is barely a foot tall and 2 cushion covers. Disgraceful!! Finally got told where it was after putting me through unnecessary stress and wasting my time.

Top Notch Coaching Certification

Excellence training and qualitative and in-depth program for anyone willing to be a qualified and well-versed Coach. The program offers 3 certifications in one including a personalised Leadership assessment review the clients can highly benefit from. Going really to the COR.E and roots of what is preventing the clients to reach his own definition of success, the IPEC enables to have a really intensive understanding of what it is needed to serve and empowers the clients best. I did other coaching certification and can only attest from the excellence of this institution.

Explore Alternative Coaching Programs for Better Value and Support

I feel compelled to share my experience with iPEC Coaching in the hope of helping potential clients and consumers make an informed decision. While iPEC Coaching presents itself as a pathway to coaching certification and accreditation, my journey with this organization has been marked by disappointment, inadequate training, and unprofessional behavior. One of the most striking aspects of the iPEC training program was the exorbitant investment required. However, I discovered that there are other reputable coaching programs available that offer similar certification and accreditation at a fraction of the cost. It is essential for prospective clients to consider more cost-effective alternatives that can provide comparable value.During the iPEC training, I encountered months of minimal training, leaving me with an overwhelming feeling of stagnation. Despite the lack of substantive training content, I was required to participate in mentor calls. These calls were meant to prepare me for the certification exam, but unfortunately, they often turned out to be intimidating and even frightening experiences. Many of my fellow students echoed these concerns during our peer group meetings, revealing a pattern of rude and unprofessional behavior from the mentors. To make matters worse, iPEC Coaching relies heavily on students coaching and training each other. While peer-to-peer learning can be valuable in certain contexts, it should not be the primary mode of instruction in a comprehensive coaching program. The limited involvement of iPEC staff in providing substantive training left me feeling ill-equipped and lacking the necessary support to succeed. In light of my experience, I strongly encourage individuals considering a coaching program to explore other options. Look for programs that offer comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a positive learning environment. There are reputable organizations that prioritize their students' growth and development, providing a solid foundation for a successful coaching career. It is disheartening to share these experiences, as I had initially believed in the potential of iPEC Coaching. However, the reality of their inadequate training and unprofessional mentorship has made it clear that there are far better alternatives available. Please exercise caution when considering iPEC Coaching and explore alternative coaching programs that prioritize your growth, offer comprehensive training, and provide ongoing support. Your investment of time, energy, and financial resources deserves an organization that truly values your success.

Life Changing

I began in Sept 2020 completed the iPEC programme (CPC and ELI-MP) in Sept 2021. During my first year, there were moments I doubted or questioned what I was learning. I realised that it had nothing to do with them and everything to do with me and what I was going through at the time. I learnt so much about myself. I grew as a person and made progress on so many old wounds. By applying the iPEC principles to myself, it made me more confident as a coach. I'm still working on my COR.E certification and learning even more. I feel like everything I've been learning has made me a better person and a better coach. I would absolutely recommend iPEC. Is it perfect? No, nothing is perfect. Was it worth it? For me, absolutely. The experience and friends that I made were invaluable.

Good, Accredited Coach Training Program

I completed this coaching training program. It is time intensive and the trainers are good. They do not deliver on all of their implied promises (you'll know how to start your own business, you can make a full time income) and not all of their training materials are their own- they borrow from psychology, philosophy, and religion without citing their sources. You will need to forge your own path as a small business and it will take a few years to develop a part time to full time income stream.
