We authorized a 1$ initial charge, before giving card number speaking to a rep from intoxalock we told them this is for a friend to start the program, they assured us it was only a single charge the card would not be saved, a month later they charged $194.82, we called immediately and they said the charges were already filed so we would have to dispute with bank, we disputed and they found us liable for the charges, I called the bank, we are escalating it, they record all the phone calls so when they actually do a real investigation it will c9me back but we were informed to contact a lawyer, these companies use verification charge to allow other charges, do not do business with this company there are other fraudulent cases against this company

Had to get a device, chose this one. Boy was that a mistake. Had issues the first week. Charged fees for issues related to device malfunction without being approved by me. Had to get a new machine installed within first few weeks. The second machine also messed up and left me stranded at a post office in sub zero temperatures due to no fault of mine 2 weeks after it was installed. I'm 3 or 4 months into having the machine now and it has killed my battery numerous times. Malfunctioned numerous times, and now is malfunctioning again giving me inadequate time to reach the second service center they have me going too 2 hours away from me. Your given 56 days between calibrations yet I haven't made it 30 days without having to have the machine checked in the 3 or 4 months it's been installed. Each time costing me money for something that is not my fault. (or your fault if you choose this machine). I have not had a drink in 20+ years, so if this is a machine to keep someone from drinking and driving why is it costing a person that does not drink all this extra money? Let alone all the stress and other issues like destruction of your vehichle and main wire harness and all the battery's you can throw at it? Fyi I've photo and video documented this entire experience, every malfunction, all of the shitty instal, recorded every phone call with every customer service representative that wants to blame the malfunction on me and try and extort money out of me, I've had a video camera on the vehichle while it's parked the entire time since instal documenting when it's started and for how long and video from inside the truck of every single time the units video camera comes on throughout the night with the key out of the truck. You should provide a better product when you know that it's as flawed as it is. As well as recognize when you come across someone that does not drink (the thing the machine is supposed to stop,not me from using my vehichle) and is not going to deal with this bs.
