10/10 customer service
Went above and beyond to ship my item with a quicker and more expensive postage service so i could receive it in time. This was also done at no extra cost to me. item arrived and was in perfect condition as described. Seller even checked up after the sale was done to make sure i had received my item in time, remembering that the purchase was time-sensitive and also making sure i was happy with the item. really impressed, customer service much better than most ‘professionals’. 10/10.

i’m happy man
So I ordered a lovely DerSchutze shoulder bag and everything went pretty good. The package arrived very quick, shoulder bag was in perfect condition. But I had one problem, the packaging was just to small, the bag got stuffed into a small carton. When it arrived it looked bloated n got me hella confused. Almost thought someone sent me rotten food or something.In the end it was just my bag.Quick shipping + bag looks great + nobody has sent me rotten food = me happy
