Great Design for an Urn
The delivery was fast as expected and the urn was as described and shown in the listing. The only detail that was slightly off was the visibility of the engraving. The color of the engraving makes it a little hard to read from a distance, but the picture appeared to show a different lighting or shade of color that was more readable.Overall, we're happy with the urn and the design was amazing.

The toolbox urn was perfect
I didn't think I'd be able to find an urn that my late husband would approve of, but you had it! It's the toolbox. He LOVED his tools and could build anything!

From the beginning it was easy to do
From the beginning it was easy to do. The only issue was on my side, couldn't find the right pictures of my parents that I liked. But I finally did and completed everything online. We received the urns and they were AWESOME. Every family member is at awe with the results. And the cost was perfect.

I wrote a bad review on this company back in Dec. I would like to let everyone know that they reached out to fix the issues and I'm very happy now. My apologies for the bad review but emotions were high and I should have waited to let you all fix the problem before posting. Beautiful Urn and wonderful staff
Lauren was extremely helpful when I placed my order. I had an unusual engraving that I wanted and she made sure it was perfect. I also added an item to my order which was inadvertently left out. I contacted her and she is sending the item out today. The urn I purchased for my Momma is perfect. I would highly recommend In the Light Urns. Thank you.

Beautiful urn!
The urn I ordered for my mom is beautiful! We received it within 2 weeks. Everyone that was at the celebration of life for my mom loved the urn. The keepsake urns were also very beautiful and just the right size. They contacted me right away to verify the personalization. It was packaged very well as to make sure nothing broke.

The urn is beautiful and EXACTLY what I was looking for to put my husband's ashes in..Easy to find company for my husband and mine favorite football team perfect spot for him..I hope he can see it and love it has much as I do..Proud to have been his wife..I will eventually join him in that same urn when it's my turn..

Small Turtle Urns
I ordered the Small Turtle urns for Burial at Sea. My thought was for my grandchildren to be involved in the ceremony. The urns were just what I wanted and were easy to fill.
