Foreign trained attorneys need to take this course!
After my first tutoring session I realized that I will not pass the bar without intensive tutoring and guidance. As a foreign trained attorney, once you are immersed into the bar world, I realized that there are so many cultural differences on the legalities and the applications of rules that are difficult comprehend and apply. (e.g. free speech in Latin America is not as relevant, protected or important than in the US. Not having clear the importance and relevance of free speech to the US Constitution, will get you get a lot of analysis wrong and lot of frustration answering MBE questions!) With the support of International Bar Mentors, you get explanations of this legal cultural differences that help you to study smarter, not harder. The tips and guidance of the tutors if IBM is priceless (Hina and Matias), not only for the content of the law, but they also understand what is different in different countries and the most challenging topics for foreign trained attorneys. Totally recommend 5 stars!

Highly Recommend
Matias and Hina are not only extremely knowledgeable but also very kind and supportive throughout this stressful process. They are extremely encouraging and not only aim to teach you the subject matter in preparation of the bar, but also provide moral support which is undoubtedly necessary (esp. as a foreign attorney). Their prices are extremely reasonable and they go above and beyond. I would highly recommend their course and their private tutoring sessions.

Hina The Great
Hina was an amazing instructor while I was studying for the bar exam. She was patient and continued to explain the concept in different ways until I fully understood. I will forever be grateful for Hina during my bar studying as I passed on the first try. I can’t recommend her and IBM more. Listen to her advice and you will be fine.

Highly Recommend Matias!
First time taking the Bar exam and I scored 283 on the New York Bar! I strongly believe that working with Matias helped improve my essay writing tremendously! His strategies really work! He is very knowledgeable, patient and always available to offer guidance when needed. As a foreign trained attorney, I would highly recommend him to any foreign trained law students or foreign trained attorneys preparing for the Bar exam in the United States!

Hina all the way!
So glad I found Hina and IBM. They helped me pass the bar exam. Hina was in the 99th percentile for the bar and it shows. She thoroughly explained anything that I asked her with accurate and clear detail. I wish I had found her to help me while I was still in law school! I think every hour I spent 1-on-1 with Hina probably saved me at least 5 hours of studying by myself.

Hina is an excellent instructor who took her time to explain complex legal issues in a way that was easy to understand. She provided support and was always available to clarify any topics that I struggled with in class, especially Civil Procedure and Evidence that were the bane of my existence!
