I have tried several times to update my payment method . Unfortunately your system that handles this just locks up. I’ve sent two error reports but have had no feedback on this matter. The instant Ink delivery system works very well.
I have been with HP Instant Ink for over 10 years. When I upgraded my plan to the HP All-In Plan I requested that my unused rollover pages be transferred to my new plan. HP refused to do this. I am very disappointed with HP. This is very unfair as I paid for those rollover pages I accumulated. If they won't transfer the rollover pages to my newly upgraded account the least they could have done is offer me some sort of refund or several free months in my new plan. I am considering moving over to the Epson Eco Tank Printers.
So far everything has worked as expected. Great value for money and never been close to runnimng out of ink before new cartridges have arrived.
The plan fits my needs and printing supplies are monitored.
I find myself becoming very disappointed in H & P cartridges. The cost is out of sight but even more disturbing is when one cartridge runs out of ink my printer will not work unless I replace all cartridges. It just happened AGAIN. I replaced yellow but it would not print. One by one the red, blue and black all had to be replaced to restore printing. There was at least 1/4 to 1/3 left in the other cartridges as shown in the display. So disappointing since the cost of everything is through the roof. My printer is an HP so there is no mismatch here. What will the company do for me about this ?????

Incorrect colour delivered, have to chase on occasions. It’s a simple process but I feel it’s getting to expensive to continue

Excellent product and it’s a brilliant idea to monitor the the ink and send a replacement cartridge when the one in use is nearing the end of its time.
Not having to go out to buy ink. Knowing that I will receive it automatically and paying a monthly sum towards the cost of the cartridges is great.
Takes the worry of ink running out with the monitoring by HP. & can adjust print requirements to suit the user.
I submitted a review about HP Instant ink regarding them not being able to renew my subscription and with the problems encountered when trying to contact them. They replied and said if I phoned them on the number given they would sort the problem out.I phoned them but their agent couldn't sort the problem out and would pass my details onto another department who would reply within a day or 2.No one ever phoned back, yet again HP Customer Support is not fit for purpose
The site has been hard to access. Despite emailing for help, nothing happened. I couldn't see how much prints I had used and went over my allocation and was billed. If you are running a paid system, you need to make sure dashboards are accessible.

Was great at first but don’t always get ink now when it is low. Emailed a couple of times but get no response

I am only a moderate user but hp have always been helpful in any problems I have encountered.The WhatsApp helpline is very useful and although I have had to wait for a response, once until the following day, the advisor has always been friendly and knowledgeable.
The scheme perfectly suits my needs.
