Extremelyyyyyy POOOOOR ! AND I MEAN POOOOOOOOR customer service ! They wont help you over the phone unless your buying a new machine. They will force you to email them and they respond 1x every 3 days. Its like pulling teeth to buy replacement parts from them. Took a week to even receive a invoice to pur hes replacement parts. STAY AWAY FROM INSPIRE!
I am really loving my inspire fitness M2 multi gym. The customer (after) support has been spot and on really helpful. Really easy to get replacement cables in the United Kingdom.
