Warehouse Inspired Overland Tent Pickup
We went to pick our tent up at the NJ warehouse and there were two big building one with over 20 docks so we had no clue where to go then when we finally figured it out after going back and forth between the building and between docks we were informed that they don’t take pick ups after 4pm but ours was scheduled for 4:20pm. The man was very nice and graciously helped us get our item with driving from PA to get it. The tent is fair but quite tight and condensates with the pad and floor getting wet at times when it rains. It works pretty well overall though just don’t plan to store things in it. It would be great if inspired overland would give more details for picking up a tent at the warehouse and not schedule pick up times after 4pm which has been requested by the warehouse staff several times.

Good experience with the company
Good experience with the company. Tent is compact and the carbon fiber roof looks great. I had to get a ladder on my 4Runner though because the overhang on my hatch won’t let me use the ladder that comes with the tent. You can also attach ladder on either side but again my molle panels get in the way. Still useable but the angle of the ladder is not great. The tent itself has been easy to setup and take down. It’s also comfortable.

This tent does not disappoint affordable amazing quality easy to set up ! SEMA award winner and for a reason. No different than these expansive brands like ICAMPER,CVT,RSR and roofnest. Best bang for your buck out there. There customer service is also top notch got on the phone with them about mounting options because of the bed rack I have Ronnie answered my call and ever called back with options and suggestions. Don’t hesitate because of the price it’s well worth it.

Cover fits great
Cover fits great. I have two solar panels attached to my IO tent and the cover when they are not in use gives me a lot of peace of mind.

I have been trying to get the lightweight version of this tent for more than a year, but the unavailability for local delivery in my area always kept me from pulling the trigger as the extra cost for shipping put it out of my price range. A few months ago, IO started to deliver locally in my area as well, but when I was ready to finally buy one, they ran out of stock. I emailed IO directly and they responded immediately with a tip on when a date for local delivery and this time I was ready. Very happy with the purchase. I’m planning my first trip using it in the next 2 weeks and I can’t wait…!!

I love the communication back and forth. I was taking to Bobby and let me know the ETA on my stargazer. Then we went to Overland Expo and met with Ferdinand. Super Friendly and ecstatic that I purchased the Duo Stargazer. He gave me a free hat and a light. Definitely a 5/5 star. I have the 1st generation Tent and I love the weight and capability of it.

Amazing service
Amazing service, bought a standard light weight tent. Unfortunately had an issue with one of the zippers. Customer service had great communication and tired their best to help warranty it out. Unfortunately due to inventory issues at the time, they did not have a standard tent in stock. I asked about upgrading to a carbon tent and they helped me upgrade with a promotional price based on when I bought the original tent. I love both, either would work based on what you’re doing. I love not having a heavy tent when off camber, having the hard carbon tent is a benefit when going through trails that are overgrown and not worry about tearing the tent.
