I have been working with Inspexion.com for about 6 months now as we are a small regionally based inspection company in the USA and since we began on the platform we have picked up 2-3 extra inspections per month a few of which have come from repeat now customers.The platform has been easy to use and the customer services has been exceptionally helpful when there are questions or clarifications required on a posting, They are very active in communication to help ensure both the success of the assignments and the success of our company as a partner with the platform.It has been my experience that they are very open to feedback to ensure continual improvement of the process for the benefit of the inspection providers as well as the customers. Looking forward to their continual growth in North America and more opportunities for us to grow with them.

Min tine 5S System. Flow up Sample Development, Bulk production Quality and closely monitoring production styling file, production flow up and reporting day to day, communicate with Merchandiser, flow up buyer instruction technical sheet, Have Good knowledge of AQL, Instructed factory Lay-out procedure, visiting with supplier all factory, Flow up and approval all dying fabric batch lot to lot, checked GSM batch to batch, weight consumption calculation, checked all accessories and trims, flow up yarn and fabric in house inventory report, reporting to senior management face if any critical satiation production, quality, accessories. up to date all styling file with comments, flow up Size Set, PP meeting, Pilot run, In-line, Pre-Final and doing the Final Audit and making Report.

Save your time and money, don't use Inspexion!
Customer service is nice enough, but my inspector wasn't licensed or an authority in their field of inspection. I assumed since they contracted with Inspexion they'd atleast be licensed, but no. So I ended up spending $200 on a piece of paper. I asked for a refund and they gave me the run around and said no. I asked for a referral from the manager at Inspexion, and he told me I should go with the most expensive option as she had experience... turns out she doesn't and she's not licensed in the state or country. Like I said... $200 down the toilet. Great job! Review Update: What's so interesting to me is all this run around from Inspexion. They just posted a reply to my review, it's about a page long and doesn't really answer anything. Just like the email from the CEO Rose something... page long pre-written email giving me the run around. Do you know what customer service is? Seems like they don't. I was told I'd get something, I didn't, not accurately of course... Refund required. They messed up, I'm not mad I wasted hours of my time... It's fine, just take responsibility for not vetting your people. STOP talking in circles, your responses don't answer a single one of my questions. Ugh... so frustrating.

Remote inspection - New experience
At first, client manager was in touch with me from the first moments. Moreover he helped a lot in picking a right inspector out of a list of 6 (with different price range). And finally the inspector was in close touch with me as well so I could address him any question throughout the process.

Good quality work with reasonable rates
I want to recommend Inspexion which I recently used to inspect my IT/CCTV items in Shenzhen China. They did a great job with very reasonable rates. What impressed me the most was their ability to do high quality work even when I gave them very short notice to get things done. If you even need inspection services, I highly suggest giving this website a try. They are reliable, fast, and they do a great job.
