Nothing short of incredible
I’m sure no one is too thrilled about writing this type of review but I bet everyone is happy to write one for these guys. For a terrible situation to be in, these guys really make the worst part that much easier. Every step of the way from first phone call to the end, this team was nothing short of incredible. Everything was immediate, professional, caring, easy and economical. I’m grateful to have found them even all the way from upstate NY. I hope to not be in this situation again but if I am, I’m happy to know I have Inpeace to rely on. Matt and Ryan, you guys are a shining bright light during a dark time for people. An unexpected death made less painful
My brother died suddenly. The shock and sadness were and continue to be overwhelming. Matt and Ryan made the hardest experience of my life a little less fraught. Inpeace provided a very personal and much less expensive way for our loved one to be cremated. We were appalled by the greed and price-gouging of the funeral home we contacted in NJ. What an abuse of grieving people! Inpeace was the opposite: reasonable, professional, responsive.

They are a truly kind and…
They are a truly kind and compassionate. Was trying to figure this out while my husband was in home Hospice .I was able to have everything set up for when he passed. It happened in the very early morning and the staff of Inpeace was there when I needed them. Talked to many funeral homes prior to deciding on Inpeace. They all were very expensive and pushed fir a lot of extras we did not want. Have husband ashes here until spring when we will do a memorial at our favorite lake. I couldn't be more pleased. They eased my mind during a very hard time.

We had used In Peace twice
We had used In Peace for my brothers cremation, he required an autopsy, it was seamless, a few clicks on the computer. I did hospice at home for my husband recently. The day before he passed, the visiting nurse advised me to make the arrangements that day. I called my sister to see if she remembered what service we used for my brother. She said to google affordable cremations. In peace showed up, seemed familiar it was very easy to use. My sister said yes that’s the name of the service we used in the past. When my husband passed the next day, I notified them online and left a message. Somebody called me back and a few hours later 2 large men showed up. They were respectfully wearing undertaker garb and carefully removed my husband‘s body I changed the address where I wanted his remains delivered and they were able to follow that because I felt too traumatized receiving his remains a few days after his death.

My family's experience with Inpeace was exceptional. We handled everything online and over the phone. They took care of all the arrangements while we were grieving the loss of my father. The process was completed quickly and efficiently, even during the Thanksgiving holiday. Their communication was excellent; they responded promptly via phone, text, and email. The staff were polite and compassionate throughout our mourning. When we went to pick up my father's ashes, the person assisting us was also very kind and understanding. My cousin recently passed away, and I used Inpeace services. I actually did all the paperwork a week before he passed. Once he passed, I knew exactly what to do, who to call.This made everything so much easier on me. This was a very difficult time and the staff at inpeace were excellent, kind, compassionate, and caring, understanding! I had a few special needs, and they took care of everything for me. Communication is excellent, they got back to me immediately, Brianna and Matt are amazing!The thing about using inpeace is that when my loved one passed , I knew exactly what to do and who to call which is so important in a time like that! My Dad was transferred to Westchester Medical for care and unfortunately passed away there. We are from upstate and the last couple days he was alive, I was so overwhelmed with what I was going to do. I found Inpeace and am so thankful I did. Every thing from the online paperwork to the immediate communication from them was so needed in my time of overwhelm. A couple days after he passed I was deep in my grief and became anxious that everything was going okay.
