I do a lot of bill paying by the internet and was somewhat taken aback when I learned that in order for me to use the internet to pay my bill automatically and on time every month, there was a $21 surcharge. Thus I guess I'll go back to using snail mail

Great Service - Honest Company
Brooke was my loan agent, she was so easy to work with and was very responsive to all my inquiries. I received a call back within the hour, if not, same day. All my paperwork was easy to follow and understand. It's an overwhelming time to purchase a home with everything that comes with that, it can get stressful. I loved working with iMortgage because they made it a great experience. I have already referred some friends and have encouraged family to use iMortgage and contact Brooke!

Cream of the crop!
Imortgage is the most professional, courteous, and caring company in the industry. Mary Shane is a top notch dedicated loan consultant and they are lucky to have her. I wouldn't trust to send a friend or family member looking for a home to anyone but the Imortgage team. I had a great deal of reserve and trepidation not knowing what exactly I was getting myself into in the beginning stage. I sat down before Mary and she knew right away I was excited to move on with my life but unsure at the same time. She was extremely patient and compassionate to my specific needs and desires. We talked in depth about options and the best route to take. After a plan of action was set in place I listened to her every step of the way. I have to say because I was explained the process in a "newbie" type of way, everything went very smoothly. When Mary needed a document I promptly returned to her what she needed. This process takes two in my opinion. When Imortgage asks for information send it over right away. When Imortgage says hold the funds and don't move money- they are right and you need to follow along. I promise you, if you follow the steps in the process you will have a successful and wonderful story to tell as I have. My two little girls and I have found our home and we have Mary Shane and her team to thank from the bottom of our hearts.

Excellent Mortgage Experience!
It took a long time for me to find just the right place to buy, yet Bill Soljacich and the iMortgage Team hung in there with me! I really appreciated the fact that Bill answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything clearly. It's important to understand every aspect of this confusing industry because it's my hard-earned money paying this mortgage! Moreover, learning about financing your home also comes at a frustrating time when you're searching for a place to live! I felt at ease with iMortgage and knew that Bill would (& did!) get me the lowest rate, without even considering shopping at other mortgage brokers!
