I am immensely grateful for the patience and kindness in assisting with my case. I recommend them because they are professional and excellent!
Imigrata helps me a lot in better understanding the real possible ways and applicable up-to-date requirements about our family potential move to Portugal. I hope all will work well and plan to co-operate with Imigrata. Special thanks to Aleksandra for a professional consultation!
The consultation was a success! Polina is a responsive and communicative specialist who is ready to offer relevant solutions to any problem! We will definitely continue our cooperation. I definitely recommend contacting her.
I had some doubts before working with IMIGRATA, mainly because I’d previously had a bad experience with another company and was worried that, for this price, the service might turn out to be inadequate.I was completely wrong. IMIGRATA showed a high level of expertise from the very beginning: they explained the process clearly, highlighted risks and nuances I hadn’t even considered, and always backed their recommendations with solid reasoning. Communication was timely, structured and professional. What impressed me most is that their support did not stop once the “main” service was completed. They continued to answer my follow-up questions, helped clarify details and guided me through the next steps.I’m very satisfied with the result and can confidently recommend IMIGRATA to anyone looking for knowledgeable, reliable and genuinely client-oriented immigration consultants.
I had a positive experience with Anna, a specialist in educational programs in Portugal. All my questions were answered. Her extensive experience and willingness to help were evident. I highly recommend her!
Ilya gave us an excellent consultation, thoroughly explaining the advantages and disadvantages of different strategies. Thanks to our meeting, a problem that had previously felt difficult and unsolvable has now turned into a clear, actionable plan.
Guys did everything good, we got our slots. But the communication was not quite professional from the very beginning. And now we don’t understand if our son will get the residence permit, because Imigrata didn’t figure out the most important moment.
That was a super meeting. I have never ever mat such an approach to deliver complicated information in such a simple shape. It was easy to understand and pleasant to listen. Polina is a super specialist. Thank you
I had a great experience with Imigrata helping with my appointment to Portuguese AIMA.
Hello!I would like to express my gratitude for the consultation with Alexandra. We discussed all my questions.Alexandra explained the D7 visa application process clearly, competently, and thoroughly.Thank you and I recommend her to anyone looking to move to a European country
I bought Imigrata’s “Full Support” (two payments). I ended up doing almost everything myself; from them I got just a couple of documents and the visa appointment. The contract says the second payment is due before starting Stage 2. Yet the day before my visa submission — when everything was already prepared — they invoiced Stage 2 and claimed it had already started because of a short prep call, while Stage 1 wasn’t even finished (NIF still pending). Given my uncertain case (my residence permit was close to expiring), I wasn’t ready to prepay for Stage 2 that I might not even need if the visa were refused. When I declined, they began demanding payment, threatened me with “Portuguese lawyers” (despite the contract’s Georgia, USA jurisdiction), and later sent a unilateral termination — without completing Stage 1.I submitted my visa application on Sep 19, had my consular interview on Oct 1, and was waiting for the decision. Later I called the consulate to check status and was shocked to learn my application had been canceled back on Sep 26 from the e-Visa account email they controlled. The embassy shared the message they received — written as if by me and even starting with “Hello! My name is Maksim Alekseenko…”. I never wrote or authorized this; they impersonated me to cancel my case. This wrecked my plans for the next year: I now have to renew my current residence permit first and only then reapply. That’s why this felt especially harmful and, in my view, vindictive. They present themselves as helping people relocate; in my case they did the opposite. I paid, received minimal value, and ended up with a canceled application I never asked to cancel. Strongly recommend avoiding this company.------Update after the company’s reply:1. "We contacted the consulate for him." – Not true. I contacted the consulate myself (multiple times).2. "Urgent work in 10 days." – They began their part only after I had prepared and sent all my documents. Most of the rush was on me. They told me to get a criminal record with an apostille; I would not have had time to obtain it, and they didn’t seem concerned. I checked with the consulate and learned the apostille wasn’t required.3. "Free consultations." – I paid €49 for the first consultation. Later they offered to refund that fee in exchange for posting a review, which is generally against review-platform rules — this is why so many of their reviews are about the first consultation.4. "He ignored us / breached the contract." – I replied promptly. The contract puts payment 2 before starting Stage 2; Stage 1 wasn’t complete (NIF), and I was never warned in advance that Stage 2 had "started". After several days of messages disputing this, they sent a unilateral termination presented as retroactive.5. "We discontinued services, including cancellation." – The consular appointment belonged to Stage 1, which was paid. They canceled an already paid action and impersonated me to do it — in my view, that’s unlawful.6. "Jurisdiction / accountability." – They operate via a U.S. entity while selling EU relocation. In my view, this setup appears designed to avoid potential EU court actions and accountability.
Everything was done in time with the positive results. Team is very responsive, kept us updated and always informed on progress
Good quality, responsive, communicative, got what I wanted.
We have a rather complicated case, as the current process for Portugal residency has been disrupted due to issues caused by another law firm.Alexandra spent an hour with us, carefully going through all the details of what was happening and exploring possible ways to resolve the ongoing issues. She genuinely understands the process and was very clear in explaining what is realistically achievable versus what carries a high risk of failure. We decided to move forward with an arrangement for Alexandra to provide overlay support in parallel with our existing lawyers. Some time ago, we also had an introductory call with Polina, who covers the Spain process, and we were very satisfied with that experience as well. Unlike law firms, Imigrata’s managers and support team are always accessible, which is absolutely crucial. In fact, when we landed in Portugal just two days before our AIMA appointment, our lawyers were unreachable and you can imagine our emotions. In short, we strongly recommend this company.
We had a lot of troubles with getting a slot for reunification, and, after waiting for almost a year, finally decided to go with the court option and hired Imigrata. The experience was nothing but positive - extremely attentive and friendly staff, convenience, ease of process, accommodation to all of our needs.Overall, we got the slot and ended up being completely satisfied.
I had a consultation with Anna regarding study programs in Portugal, with a particular focus on very specific and practical aspects — course duration, internship opportunities, and how to best plan the timeline in my individual case. Anna took the time to carefully understand my situation and provided a personalized, clear, and actionable consultation. Upon my request, she even double-checked some legal questions with a lawyer to ensure accuracy. I'm very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend Anna to anyone navigating the Portuguese immigration or education landscape.
My move from Israel to Europe was a big step, even though I’d already handled immigration from Russia on my own before. This time I wanted true experts by my side — and IMIGRATA delivered. My consultation with Polina Ukhanova was a turning point: she immediately understood my case and gave me the most complete and detailed breakdown of the documents I’d need for a residence permit. With her years of experience between Russia and Spain, her advice felt both practical and trustworthy. The whole team made the process smooth — from apostilles to post-relocation support — so I could focus on the move instead of worrying about paperwork.Pavel
At the consultation, the specialist immediately helped us choose a plan for the next few months. Our case is complex, but I am confident that with a professional team, we will achieve our goal.
I had a good consultation with Aleksandra. She gave me all the information and answered all of my questions. Looking forward to work with the guys further.
