A first class experience from beginning…
A first class experience from beginning to end. The sale of our late mother's property was emotionally challenging, but Lee, Sian and the team provided us with a professional service throughout. From the initial meeting with Lee, at the property, through to the onboarding process for service engagement, along with the viewings, offer and purchase completion, we could not have asked for a more seamless process. An excellent agent that I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Excellent from start to finish
I Love Homes helped us buy a property and supported us throughout the whole process, making everything quick and easy. Even after we had completed the purchase, they contacted us to check how we were getting on, which was a lovely touch.After refurbishing the property, we reached out to them again for a valuation, and they had this completed within a day. The level of service has been consistently excellent.Highly recommend I Love Homes.

I Love Homes helped us sell our property within 2 weeks and were so supportive through the whole process. As for the pictures they took they were absolutely amazing and really helped to sell the property. Only estate agents I would deal with, Fantastic service and very friendly staff!

Genuinely Excellent Swrvice
I have been with Lee @ I love homes since 2017 when I bought the property in Walsall. Lee has been tge most genuine Estate agent, I have come across, extremely genuine, great knowledge of the field. Gives great advice, helped me in many ways. Highly recommended. Five stars!!

customer services is rubbish my cousin been trying to view a property for a while now everytime u ring all u get is wait for email with viewing date no email amd we do manage to book a time and date no one turned up looking at the reveiws seems happens to most people absolutely rubbish

Frustrating…
You enquire about a property and they never get back to you. You can’t talk to someone on the phone or online chat as it’s all automated. How are you meant to ask further questions or book a viewing ? Really frustrating.

The service was excellent
The service was excellent. During the first visit Lee went through the process and the costs and I was happy enough to sign up there and then. Lee took photographs before he left which turned out to be not only perfectly professional but also enhanced with artificially added furniture and fittings. The house never looked so good! I had an offer after a couple of weeks and three months later and it's completing on Thursday. Thanks also to Sian who was in the charge of the sale. She kept me up-to-date throughout and it was always good speaking with her.Mike

Wish I could award 10 stars to ilove homes for their very kind assistance and utmost professionalism in their dealings with me most recently. My search for a house to rent was plagued with anxieties and uncertainties resulting from broken promises by some other letting agents until my game-changing encounter with ilove homes. I got an instant response to my enquiry regarding a house they’d just advertised, and was plainly told “we would only contact you again if viewing arrangement is likely”. I was surprised when viewing was arranged within 2 days of my request and the house was taken off the market as soon as I made a deposit. In a nutshell, communication was very prompt and extremely satisfactory, and Brittany was always handy to respond to every question or concerns I had until the moment I gladly received the keys to the house in which I now live— very happily. Thank you ever so much Brittany 🙏🏻!
