I was setting up the printer in an IMac. I was still getting used to the computer because it was new as well as the Canon printer. Bill was very helpful in the chat window and I appreciated it very much.
The site is a descriptive guide of how to setup the printer. The support team is also very helpful with making us understand the process of installation.
I would rate them less than 1 star if I could. They made me feel like it was some kind of scam. They told me I didn't have the drivers I needed to install my Canon printer and I need to pay $199.99 to install Microsoft drivers because mine were expired. I told him I would contact Microsoft directly and he hung up on me.
i Dislike the installation process. Impossible to find the printers drivers from the canon website. I needed to contact the support via a person not a bot.It's not normal that I have to call support just to install my Canoscan.Anyway, Jason was very helpful and the response was very clear and swift.
Amazing, I could not find anything on any other site about my printer, the live chat handled it very well without any issues. I was able to get started with it easily.
