Terry Neal's presentation on the year of AI agents stood out the most to me. I enjoyed seeing the practical application of AI technology. I would increase my rating had there been time to see the agent in action for more than rudimentary use cases, i.e., something that cannot or is difficult to do from the Copilot or ChatGPT UI.
The review of current agentic AI was very good. The range and types of agents was informative. Also, the first couple of sessions indicating that AI should not just be in your products, but part of your processes.
I appreciated the webinar I bought and received the November IPM Day for free!
I rely on IIL for webinars, classes and seminars to retain my PMP. Pricing is good and often bonus content is free!
I must have gone into this with the wrong expectations. Was looking for HOW to tactically implement AI agents into my daily work, not the academeic high level WHY it makes sense to implement AI. Got very little other than wanting to do research on the HOW to implement.
It was a great session with a lot of diverse speakers and topics, good knowledge shared and very much worth the time spent inclusive of the ability to go back and watch the recordings. IIL has kept to its standard of delivering great content at an affordable cost, kudos to them.
It was engaging to hear insights from gurus like Marshall Goldsmith and Harold Kerzner. The downloadable content was relevant and something to revisit in my work. I earned certificates from the free training courses and gained sufficient PDUs to renew my PMP. Overall, this event was extremely valuable.
Barry put me at ease and answered all of my questions about the course, kept in touch prior to my scheduled date, and followed up subsequent to my training to seek feedback on the experience. He obtained valuable guidance for me prior to the course, helping me to prepare and anticipate what I would need to do subsequent to the course in prep for the PMI-ACP exam. He has continued the relationship and put me in touch with other IIL offerings to consider.Lachlan McGurk is IIL's star instructor who guided me through PMI's curriculum and helped me to be in a position to pass the exam confidently on my first try. He focused his training on the most valuable content, injected numerous real-world examples, pointers, and considerations, and distilled a large volume of info into digestible/relatable content that I could learn from. He genuinely cared about my understanding and spent the time in areas that I needed it the most. He graciously answered all of my questions and boosted my confidence in my understanding of the material. Lachlan is fantastic and I look forward to working with him again!
The content and resources that IIL has are unmatched in preparation for the PMP exam. However, resources and content can only get a person so far to be prepared for the exam. This is where IIL excels because they know that knowledgeable instructors are the bridge between content and understanding. Billie Jo is one of those knowledgeable instructors. She not only took the time to explain the PMI strategies to us, but she also built personal connection that allowed our cohort to realize understanding of the concepts. Through her time, knowledge, and connection, I feel that I thoroughly understand how I need to study and prepare to take the PMP.Thank you, IIL and Billie Jo, for a fantastic training experience!
I took IIL's PMP Exam Prep course in December 2024, and the facilitator, Billie Jo Garcia, was brilliant. Despite the heavy 35-hour courseload, she was engaging and helped us understand the content. I understand that there will be continual studying towards the exam, but I am confident towards acquiring my next certification.
What I liked about the course is the Exam outline reviewed during the training. What I did not like was the presentation, the speaker was reading all the slides and it make it too heavy and slow to follow up. Also, there was not a clear guideline on what is the material we should study from. The facilitator made reference to PMBoK 6th edition but the current version for the exam is the 7th.
Very interesting training for effective Project management, but mayby not enough exam prep oriented.
It was a rocky start but the team at iil came through to fix all issues and make the experience one of the best one. The instructor was great and the facility was exceptional. It felt like an upgrade lecture hall.
The team at IIL were fantastic to work with. The event was so well planned, promoted, and supported by the IIL team and as a sponsor, we appreciated that quick communication and support. Looking forward to next year's event already!

The speakerswere exceptional, bringing insights from around the world that allowed me to expand myknowledge beyond just project management. It was a fantastic opportunity to satisfy my curiosityand explore new perspectives. In 2021, I had the honor of being a presenter at IPM Day, where I introduced a new flavor to theevent by sharing my vision of a business inspired by sports. It was an exhilarating experience tocontribute to the dialogue and inspire others with a unique perspective.Overall, IPM Day has consistently been a remarkable platform for learning, networking, andgrowth. Great customer and help desk support.
Great instructor! Guy was great as the instructor. He was interactive and used real life examples to help me understand the content.
