Don't trust them with your data

They will send your personal financial details to a stranger and when that stranger kindly alerts them they will say they've fixed the problem while continuing to send that stranger your details. The stranger will try again and again to stop them sending your financial information to them and they will say they have fixed the problem each time and each time they have done nothing.

An incident regarding my registered…

An incident regarding my registered motor claim dated 23rd February. Mr. Bhanwar Singh Jangid was appointed as the surveyor for this claim. During the survey, he mentioned that 2-3 parts could not be claimed due to certain reasons, which led to some disagreement between him and my younger brother. However, he did approve some parts, as shown in the attached screenshot. This morning, Mr. Jangid called my brother and stated that the entire claim has been rejected. This decision appears arbitrary and seems to be influenced by personal bias rather than valid grounds. It is unacceptable that a claim can be rejected in its entirety without proper justification. Aisa lg raha hai surveyor ke baap ki company hai ye ICICI Lombard , tbhi to jo unka mn kr rha hai vo kr rahe hai.Approved claim ko bhi reject kr diya just for his ego.Insurance purchase krte time to bahut baat krte hai ye and during claim no support bs iddr uddr customer ko ghumate raho.Worst company and customer support.Please don't buy anything from ICICI Lombard Policy Number: 3001/317706119/02/000

am extremely disappointed with the services of ICICI Lombard. My overall experience has been frustrating and stressful.The claim process was unnecessarily complicated and slow. Despite submitting all required documents on time, there were repeated delays and poor communication from the support team. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. The responses were either unclear or delayed, which made the entire process even more exhausting.Customer service did not feel supportive or solution-oriented. Instead of helping resolve the issue efficiently, it seemed like I had to chase them constantly for progress.As a customer, you expect transparency, quick response, and smooth claim settlement — especially during emergencies. Unfortunately, ICICI Lombard failed to meet these expectations in my case.I hope the company works on improving its claim handling process and customer support experience so others don’t face similar difficulties.

ICICI Lamboard Genuine experience

ICICI Lamboard Genuine experienceI (Venom tech ) experience with ICICI Lombard, as the worst experience in my lifetimei got a major accident and then i contact to mahindra , then mahindra review the whole thing and gave estimated after Mahindra provided a repair quotation of 50-60 lakhs for his damaged car, ICICI Lombard disagreed, stating it could be fixed for less for 15 laks . This disagreement led to a delay of one and a half months , total 3 months i waited after all security inspections and all .I have concerns about the car's structural integrity, sensors, airbags, and battery range to ICICI Lombard and Mahindra. He feels that ICICI Lombard is largely to blame because they prioritized saving money over the customer's safety, even if it meant repairing a car that should have been a total loss . BIG SCAM

ICICI Lombard – Complete Scam! This company is extremely unreliable and frustrating!I purchased a normal health insurance policy. I have tried to claim (Claim ID: 220101485856) for use cashless hospitalization. I called countless times, and every time I was told to wait — repeatedly. No solution was provided.Finally, I was forced to pay the hospital out of pocket and apply for reimbursement. The company intentionally delayed the process for almost 30 working days, only to reject my claim for ridiculous reasons.Even after the rejection:No one picks up callsEmails are ignoredAmounts were deducted from my policy, yet the claim was deniedThis is utterly unprofessional, feels like a scam, and shows complete disregard for customers. Do NOT buy this policy. If you value your money, time, and sanity, stay far away from ICICI Lombard

BEWARE OF ICICI LOMBARD- SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM – SCAM – SCAMI raised my claim on 3rd November 2025 and submitted all the required documents. I was assured that the claim would be processed within one month. However, after 1.5 months, I had to follow up myself, only to be informed that the case had been sent for further investigation.I fully cooperated with the third-party investigation agency and once again shared all the requested documents. After this, in January, I received an email stating that ICICI Lombard now required an etiology report from the treating doctor.This is nothing but a deliberate attempt to delay claims so they can eventually be rejected.I have repeatedly written to their CEO, Sanjeev Mantri, who has not responded even once. Every time, I receive a generic reply from their team saying they will get back to me—but no one ever does. Even after submitting the etiology report from the treating doctor, these scammers have completely stopped responding. Their MD is equally unconcerned.Anyone who has been cheated like this should ensure they escalate the matter to investors and government authorities, as many customers are being misled and harassed in the same way.BEWARE OF ICICI LOMBARD – DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.THEY ARE CHEATERS.NEVER BUY THEIR POLICY.

URGENT****** Very Important Regarding MOT17103180 Reference number W503637191.I have raised the cliams for the amount of 25 thousand and the cliams was submitted last month. Is been 15 days no one from ICICI is calling or replying to my emails. ICICI is asking for an image/video proof of the incident and they already came to my place and checked no CCTV camera are installed in my society. Still they are asking me for this completely irrelevant information.Worst ever Customer service and after-sales services.I am without my car since 15 days and no progress on the cliams. I have emailed their customer care and added Sanjeev Mantri on the email still no response.WORST EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD SAY DON'T BUY ANY POLICY FROM ICICI LOMBARD OR ANYTHING FROM ICICI.

Unacceptable Delay in Insurance Transfer

I am extremely disappointed with the service. My car insurance transfer has been delayed far beyond any reasonable timeframe, and there has been absolutely no clear communication or support from the team. Every time I follow up, I only get vague responses and no real progress. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as insurance. ICICI Lombard really needs to improve its customer service and resolve issues promptly. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

I am trying to renew my car policy from 4th-Nov-2025, till date 17th Nov 2025 ICICI has been successful in not renewing my car policy.Every time I call, customer care executive always says Break-in inspection is still pending where as we have got approved.Twice amount deducted, but no renewal of policy.Looks like ICICI Bank, Demat and insurance services are competing show who are worst.

If anyone is planning to buy ICICI…

If anyone is planning to buy ICICI Lombard health insurance then rethink twice. Its worst company cheater, they will increase your premium 100% or 200% or 300% even without a single claim. In they increases the premium by 300% and they will not allow to change the plan, even same plan they will be selling to new customer with the same age group in cheaper price. There quality assurance team is totally cheater, they will give you false hope like we will change your plan with similar coverage and later they will refused. These all increment I am talking about claim, now think about by any chance you got the claim then they mostly not properly + next year you may get even 500% increment on your policy. Better to go with any other insurance but never go with ICICI Lombard.

Worst insurance provider in the market. I’ve been asking them to approve my insurance from last 1 and half week but they still haven’t approved it. I’m facing so many problems because of their bad client service. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Do not touch this company with a 10-foot pole

As a healthcare provider, I can vouch for the many negative comments already posted. This fraudulent company will do its utmost to avoid paying out on valid claims: slow response, misinformation if not outright lies about the status of the claim ("claim is in its final review" -- for over 2 months, and counting...), incessant demands for additional documents (until finally the insured quits trying, or requested documents are simply impossible to obtain -- like previous medical records from India). Save your money, go with another insurer. Certainly, you can't do any worse.

Absolutely pathetic customer care

Imagine trying to pay premium online and none of their systems work. Website failed. Whatsapp failed. Mobile App failed. Had to call customer service helpline where I had to wait 45 minutes to talk to the executive. Even she failed to generate payment link, citing technical failure. Absolutely pathetic service. This is not one off incident, this happened every year for last decade.

I am not ready to give 1 star also, but there is no option. Worst experience they give for bike insurance, even, i have valid mail from royal Enfield company and their process they haven't accepted for replace the tank.They will give fake promises and hiding information and 3 to 4 months they will take claim process.

Don't buy insurance from ICICI Lombard

I made a huge mistake by taking a 3-year health insurance policy with ICICI Lombard based on numerous fake promises made during the sales call. The reality is far from what was promised. Half of the time, their app is not working, making it impossible to book any services. The support is utterly unresponsive; you only get standard bot responses on call, chat, and email support. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise against buying any insurance from ICICI Lombard. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

I purchased a motor insurance policy from ICICI Lombard with Smart Saver Plus Add-on. My claim (MOT16461743) filed on 26 June 2025 was delayed for more than 2 months. Despite joint inspections and multiple assurances, ICICI Lombard rejected my claim citing “misrepresentation” without showing any inspection reports or evidence.My 69-year-old retired Army father, the policyholder, was harassed and forced to travel from Ayodhya to Delhi under false assurances. This has caused immense mental and physical stress.To make matters worse, ICICI Lombard is refusing to refund my premium fully, saying I can only get pro-rata refund if I purchase another policy. This is unethical and fraudulent.This company has:Breached TAT commitments under Smart Saver PlusHarassed a senior citizenDenied transparency by not sharing reportsDenied refund despite service failureI demand a full refund with GST and strict regulatory action. Totally disrespectful attitude

If I get a chance to refer a health policy, I would suggest them to never take icici Lombard health insurance. After my delivery, I had complications and my uterus was removed. I had severe complications in my intestines and was delivered only after 7 days.My husbandcworks with Panamax Infotech, Ahmedabad and he was told that using his corporate health policy he can claim for it.We filed 2crequests, one for maternity and one for the post delivery complications. I was surprised by the negligent attitude of the icici executive.After submitting all the originals, this great Guy, stopped receiving my husbands calls.Later, after calling from a number he doesn't know, he received and gave a bland reply that ours was rejected.Neither was icici customer care any better. We asked for a reason which we never got.In my life time, I will make sure noone takes a policy from you
