Poor customer service
No customer service, automatic subscription renewal, no chance of refund for misunderstanding and no intention of discussing. Whether it is a good service provided or not customer service is everything and they have none. All I got was a scripted response repeated to every contact, word for word!! Money maker that’s all, provide a good service but don’t take much care in customers. Would not recommend, if you are having a hard time and misunderstand at time of trying out the product, they aren’t bothered just want your money

Signed up 6 months ago, but never got around to try it. Then suddenly see a charge of 85usd through PayPal, apparently a recurring subscription charge. Tried to cancel immediately and ask for refund but got an automated/AI answer through their website and the support emails, stating I should have read the fine print 6 MONTHS AGO. Tried to get a refund through PayPal but they sided with these scammers.App store is full of the same complaints. Stay away from this company.

The subscription auto renewed against my will. When asked for a refund they hid behind a "policy" rather than providing good customer service. They then CANCELLED my account so I couldnt have access to the product that had auto renewed.

Scam!!!
Scam!!!! I cancelled my subscription and weeks later they took money from my account anyway. I was unable to login to my cancelled account to check anything. When I enquired they advised me that as per their terms & conditions, they didn’t not refund money already paid. Steer very clear of this mob.

I downloaded the trial, I used it and it wasn't for me. I forgot to cancel prior to the trial ending, so I was charged in Aug of 2025 for 6 months. They pulled the fee and I cancelled the subscription, however in FEB of 2026 - they pulled another payment. When I reached out again and asked for a refund, they said they can't refund my payment, but they will cancel my account. I explained that I'd already cancelled and "Sarah" said "the recent charge falls outside this 30-day period, and as such, we are unable to process a refund at this time" . I thanked them for cancelling the subscription but wanted a refund for the payment because I already cancelled. I get another email stating policy and here's the website... no refund. How can I get charged for cancelling, then not get my money back? How do you "cancel within 30-day period" if it's a renewing? This is crazy... I feel like I've been scammed. I've removed that payment from the APP because these guys are crappy business people that don't care about the consumer.

STAY AWAY - They do not allow you to cancel the subscription thru the website, then charge you on renewal. When I contacted them they stated that it was past the 30 day window and referred me to terms and conditions.My refund request was submitted 5 days after I noticed the renewal charge on my credit card. There was no notification that I was about to be renewed. Nothing.They are clearly desperate to continue bilking people.Below is from their OWN terms and conditions"Your non-cancellation of the Services or continued use of paid subscription features of the Services will reaffirm that we are authorized to charge you. "So if you haven't used it by their OWN terms you should not be renewed and they are NOT authorized to charge you.They refused to provide a phone number or the email address of a supervisor. Flat out refused.I would suggest YOU STAY AWAY from them. Clearly not an honest company. Would give zero stars due to their dishonest practices if I could.The response below is more typical B.S. from them. They have not reached out thru trust pilot as they said they would. They ignore every question I ask their pathetic customer service. STAY AWAY.
