Awesome customer services

Customer services was quick in getting my replacement. Super courteous!. If only the product didn't die so soon. This would definitely a 5 stars. I really appreciate the quick shipping of a replacement. Thanks. Definitely will buy from Hygger in the future!

I recently experienced a failure with a…

I recently experienced a failure with a Hygger heater and I contacted Hygger expecting the typical customer service 'two-step'. The product was still under warranty but most companies would try and find a loop-hole to avoid honoring their warranty. NOT HYGGER!!! I sent them pictures of the failure, they asked for proof of purchase and sent one to me the next day. The responsiveness was incredible where the process only took two days. Tammy did an incredible job in communicating making me feel like I was...a customer. You've got a Hygger customer for life!!! Keep up the good work!!!

I really like the UV 20w pond…

I really like the UV 20w pond clarifier. I worked well for about 4 months using it basically 24/7. The light bulbs then burned out. I asked Hygger if there was a replacement bulb I could purchase but instead was told that I was eligible for a free replacement because of the warranty. The whole item was instead delivered quickly and safely. It works perfectly and was much appreciated that I didn't have to buy another one. This is the first time I experienced a company that has acted so quickly when asked to replace an item. Hygger has excellent customer service.

Superb customer support

I purchased an aquarium heater in July 2025.It worked fine for 18 months but noticed an E3 error code a few weeks ago.I received very efficient and speedy support from the staff in Hygger and after sending a video showing the fault I was sent a replacement heater.Well done Hygger.

Great product & great customer service!

I had some issues with my Hygger heater and needed a warranty replacement. The customer service was excellent. They understood the issues and immediately worked out a timely replacement. Nice job, great product!

I had a malfunction of a 500 watt heater

I had a malfunction of a 500 watt heater, that quit heating. I messaged costumer service and they were very helpful, explained how to send a video. Didn't take long for the diagnose my problem,and replaced my heater.The new one came in less than a week.Thank you!

My hygger experience

I bought the HG 12972 watt LED light it arrived within a few days. The light is awesome I enjoy the 24/7 mode for you can adjust the light throughout the day and not have to touch it. I bought an h g 971 air pump for a volcano decoration. It works just as expected. I bought the 8 in 1 test strips. It makes it real nice just having to do one test for everything. I bought the HG253 100 watt heater. It worked for about an hour and then started flashing E3. I contacted hygger and they sent out another one. The new one is working great. My whole experience with their products have been great. Only minor hiccup is when they use United States postal service it takes quite a bit longer than when they use UPS.

I broke the impeller on my wave maker…

I broke the impeller on my wave maker so sent an email to support who were more than happy to help with a replacement impeller. Delivery time was around 20 days and I was happy with this. I can’t fault the customer service. Every email was responded within a timely manner considering the time differences. 100% customers satisfaction. Thank you Ginger

Good product, but greater customer service

Sometimes, products are only as good as their customer service, as things can easily go wrong, no matter how brilliant a product may be. Hygger customer service did not disappoint when I raised an issue with my aquarium heater which lasted less than I expected, which they backed up with longer than usual warranty, and they lived up to it with great communication!

I recently got the Hygger 20W…

I recently got the Hygger 20W full-spectrum aquarium light delivered to my home, and I’m really happy with it. The light quality is great — my plants look brighter, and the tank has a nice, natural color. It fits perfectly on my 29-gallon mildly planted aquarium, so setting it up was quick and easy.Their customer service was also impressive. They responded fast and were very helpful, which made the whole experience smooth.Overall, the light performs really well, fits perfectly, and the support from the company was excellent. I’m glad I went with this light.

Chat support and operations/documentation

HG139 Aquarium Filter with UV light. Came without any instructions. Chat Assistance requires a fee. Website search is no help. Manual on the website (which I had to print out) was no help.Still don't know how to control the UV light in the aquarium filter because I can't tell if it is on or off.
