Fantastic Experience

HTG Transport and driver Chris were hired by Cerritos Land Rover to deliver a new 2025 Land Rover Defender for my wife, to our home in northern Nevada. I was notified via text message by Chris on Sunday evening about 6:45 PM, that he had the vehicle and would be at my residence between 1-2 PM the next day, Monday. He notified me the next day about 11:20 AM informing me he was about an hour away. Then I got a one minute warning and I was waiting for him. He was on time, incredibly professional and very friendly. He knew how important this delivery was and he acted accordingly. He wants to build this business and he loves all the traveling and visiting different parts of the USA. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and HTG Transport.

Absolutely phenomenal

I couldn't be more pleased with the results - especially considering how wary I was at doing so, initially.Alan, who was my point of contact at the office, was incredibly helpful and his communication was top notch - going above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns I had in a very timely manner. His communication was some of the best I have ever dealt with and it was greatly appreciated. He made sure to keep me updated and in the loop constantly so I had no worries or concerns about my vehicle.Chris, who was the actual driver/transporter, showed up on time (early, even!) and was so helpful and kind! While I only spoke to him briefly, it was a wonderful exchange and he took the greatest of care and concern with my vehicle. He made sure to rush over and greet me upon his arrival and was just so friendly and welcoming. He carefully loaded up my vehicle onto the hauler, went above and beyond to make sure it was safely loaded and he was then off to the drop off location.Everything Chris and Alan did was as high quality as you're going to get.HTG Transport couldn't have made the process any better - they did everything they could to make it a positive experience and it most certainly was above and beyond.Do not hesitate to use HTG Transport for your personal transport/shipping needs.Thank you again for a fantastic experience and for getting my car to me timely and safely.
