I paid for counselling and no one reached out
I attended the webinar and I paid for 10 hour college admissions counseling. No one has reached out to me and it's over a week. I sent several email with no response. There is no phone number on the website to call. This is the second survey I received, on how you are doing without any work. Please teach out to me patelpannah at yahoo. Lovely experience

Mentors are super nice
I am currently on my third lesson and everything seems great! The mentors renspond to the messages within one or two days and they are super nice

The tutor did not join the class
The tutor did not join the class. I have emailed twice the support tram for refunding the 30 min block, but do far have not had any success.

We throughly enjoyed the session conducted by Jahir. He made it very interactive and interesting. He is a great instructor who never hesitate to answer any type of questions from dummy to interesting one. I will recommend him and this program in our Nepalese community.

An Experience I Will Never Forget
This experience was amazing! What made my experience great was that we went on tours and met new people. I also loved the times we looked over examples of Personal Statements because they were truly inspiring. The tutors were amazing as well! They’ve helped me learn so much! One thing I’d like to suggest is that there should be more activities, like the tours we went on or the Q&A we did with the college students. Overall this experience was an experience like no other and I hope other students enjoy this program too!

Eddie took the time to explain the program and benefits. Eddie followed up on time and answered questions that I had. Once I signed up, Eddie allocated an appropriate counselor based on my daughter’s interests.
