The Best Self Defense resource center
Trav is the best. He knows about everything, he adds a little humour to not make the videos boring, he created drills for most of the techniques that he mentions, he replies to your email if you ever had questions, the support replies back to you if you ever had issues which I did have a couple of times, what else do you want?
