paying for an upgraded VPS I was not getting
I am now paying for an upgraded VPS that I haven't received. I put in a ticket about this issue and did get a reply, however I still haven't received the Upgrade I am currently paying for. They've already charged my card. I click the Upgrade button in the interface thinking it would be a simple Upgrade system like other providers.
But now I can't even access my control panel and when I SSH into the server and check my storage and memory, it's still the old values from before I paid for an upgrade.
I created a ticket and eventually got a reply. I replied to that and haven't heard anything for days. Despite receiving an email saying that it was escalated.
If things are sorted out soon, I will move to a more reliable supplier.
Update: 27/02/2026
I ended up moving to a new supplier and a day later I did get contacted by Hosturly it seems like an engineer was away. An had returned apologise that My account hasn’t been upgraded.

I repayment for my upgraded account who services I never received.
In summary. It sounds like they’re a bit understaffed. And if you’re on their old System upgrades are technically difficult for them to achieve. And I certainly not automatic. If you’ve been with them for awhile, you’re probably better off migrating to a new server yourself or doing what I did and move to a different supplier.
